They had a company come in to my suite to access the laundry room and do some HVAC work for the building. In the process, they moved my washer/dryer and tore the linoleum. Over the last two years I have been in communication with or been told that the following people were in charge and are able to help me fix this Janet Milberry Naby Sylla Catherine Douglas Jessica Nychkalo This issue is still not resolved and I am extremely disappointed. Whenever they've asked me to do something or take care of something on the outside of my property, I did it within 24-48 hours. Treat others as you wish to be treated, it's pretty simple yet their company culture seems to be challenged. I've read reviews on Google, glass door, Yelp and everywhere says the same thing about their disorganized culture & leadership. I chose to write this review as I told them I would do, several months ago, if the issue wasn't resolved. No one has contacted me since the last time I reached out to them.

Will most likely be contacting RTDRS over this matter, as they refuse to communicate at all. Even the building manager can't get a response out of head office. Last summer the building was struck by lightning, and the microswitch to allow the post courier in the building did not work, nor did the buzzers. It took them months to have it repaired, and even then it kept malfunctioning, and we could not get our mail delivered. The site manager didn't receive responses to her calls or emails either. This company is accountable to no one.

As a first-time rental property owner, I hired TILT Property Group. I was hoping for stress-free…read moreprofessional rental management experience. Unfortunately, what transpired was the exact opposite. Despite being locked into a one-year contract, the service I received during my short time with TILT was consistently disappointing, unprofessional, and ultimately more stressful than managing the property myself. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. After the initial walk-through, the agent told me that only the bedrooms required fresh paint. I completed this immediately, yet shortly after, I was informed that additional painting was needed in the living room--something that should have been identified the first time. The agent also claimed the original photos "didn't turn out," which I later learned didn't matter because my listing hadn't been posted at all. When I finally received an update, I was told the listing had minimal activity and only one showing. Despite having completed every task they recommended, I was then given a second list of repairs and asked to reduce the rental price--this was only one week after they had conducted a market review and set the original rent amount. TILT continued to request additional price reductions 3 times over a one-month period, always citing "lack of interest," yet provided none of the documentation I repeatedly requested updates regarding showings and inquiries--something they claim to provide bi-weekly and are obligated to share under RECA guidelines. After moving cities and leaving my keys for them to collect, I discovered they simply never picked them up. Again, weeks went by with no personalized updates on my property. When I reached out after two weeks, the agent casually mentioned she "had been meaning" to talk to me--raising the question of whether she would have reached out at all if I hadn't initiated contact. The situation escalated when I emailed CEO Jared Hope directly to express my concerns. Instead of addressing any of my issues--lack of communication, failure to follow contract terms, repeated rent-reduction pressure, and missing documentation--he responded with an unprofessional tone and took the opportunity to highlight his own expertise rather than acknowledge any accountability. These emails continued for four days of unproductive back-and-forth. The final breaking point was discovering that people I personally referred to TILT for viewings of my home never received a response from them. On top of that, I discovered TILT reduced my rental price on the ads after I explicitly told them not to. They claimed they would correct it, yet two days later nothing had changed. After paying both a mortgage and rent while dealing with a company whose CEO displays a clear lack of respect and professionalism--and after multiple breaches of contract--I made the decision to terminate my agreement with TILT after only 1.5 months of service. This experience was discouraging, costly, frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. Based on my time with TILT Property Group, I would strongly not recommend their services to any property owner looking for competent or professional management.

This company will string you along and bill you the entire time while providing absolutely no results for filling your property. Initially they will say your home looks great and then suddenly right when they have a 'perfect renter' an extremely large amount of repairs will need to be done with an outlandish bill (you cannot hire anyone aside from them to do any work on your place or they charge you even more). Then once work is done, suddenly that 'perfect renter' falls through. Please listen to the reviews and do not get involved with this company.

The company doesn't answer the phone when there is anything that needs to be fixed. You have to leave a voicemail and hope someone gets back to you within a day or two. Frustrated tenants have reached out to me (as the owner) as they cannot get ahold of rental advisors but have urgent issues. I'm assuming it depends on who you end up dealing with but Ikram has been terrible. I had other people with the company before that were good but all seem to have left.

I do not recommend using Rental Advisors to manage your rental property…read more 1) Moveout of tenants was brutal. My requests to ensure renters paid their utilities prior to moving out were ignored, damages were handled very poorly, and Rental Advisors milked every penny possible to make sure that I got literally $0 back. 2) They'll find you renters relatively quickly, but their tenant vetting system is flawed, I had to deal with an incredible amount of obvious damage ($15k) despite Rental Advisors reporting no issues found in their inspections. The incessant repairs and damage (to a brand new home) caused by the renters easily outweighed rental income. 3) Communication is awful. I was frequently sent invoices that were significantly incorrect, spurring incessant arguments with very rude staff that denied any wrong doing. 4) They are good at the easy stuff, collecting rent and forwarding a portion to you. However, if you have any repairs, they will hire low quality servicers at a very high price, and then charge you a ridiculously high "admin" fee for making the phone calls for you. You may as well manage it yourself. Run, don't walk away.

I lived in Broadstreet apartments for 6 years, two separate sites and at both move outs I had bills sent to me, the first location was reasonable and the charges were removed. The second location the building manager did not reach out to me and had the bill sent to their internal collections department, and trying to reason with them got me no where. I finally settled after they removed some of the charges it took months.
