One of the things I liked most about him is he would go out of this way to hire & work with people who had problems, most people would have nothing to do with these people. Mark just has a big heart. When here he rehired a man who had stoled from him. Yet he forgave the man and put him back to work, "after a few weeks as punishment". He did keep a close eye on his men and I felt safe having them here. Mark did most the work himself as he trained the others on his crew.
