When the salesman signed us up, he said once we had the permit, it could be done in 2 weeks. Our patio was unusable for over 2 months. I ended up acting like the Project Manager, calling all of the sub contractors myself to line up time to get work done. Would I do it with them again? Probably, but I would definitely not sign a contract until I had a end date written into the contract. (P.S. count how many times they tell you they do work on the temples. This was a little off putting)
