We loved working with B&B. We had a curb strip that was a horrible mess and just needed that little bit sodded - we knew if we did it ourselves we'd spend more having to redo what we messed up. Good fair price, though still a good chunk of money but we're happy to pay fairly for good service. Other companies we called said they couldn't get to us for weeks and seemed to snub us for the small job - the manager/owner of B&B answered personally right away, treated us with great respect despite our small job (the key of any business!), followed through sending us a quote the next day exactly as they said. Came just days later (after a weekend in between) with super fresh sod, and installed it wonderfully - we didn't even need to be home. Only had to cut out a few holes in it ourselves to get our sprinklers through but they did a great job sizing it the rest of the way. Weeks later we've got the best looking grassy curb strip on the block. Only suggestion would be to have them include some kind of care instructions - we looked it up online somewhere else to make sure we watered it properly but would've been nice to have a little guidance there. Nothing that wouldn't make us refer friends to them or hire them again. Great service, easy and pleasant to work with. read more

They promised to email an estimate seven nights ago and now they've ghosted me. No response.

Never returned calls so gave up after leaving 4 messages over 2 week period. Nobody bothered to return my calls as I was just trying to get a pricing on getting my place done weekly. read more

I'm not a customer of this business, but still would like to publicly compliment the responsive and friendly message I received after I asked for a quote on yelp. I accidentally sent out 2nd quote message to the owner as yelp suggested, without recognizing Ive reached out. The owner politely replied that they are at capacity after 2 mins I requested the quote. No wonder why they are fully staffed! read more

These guys are fast, reliable, and affordable. The owner responds with any questions or concerns promptly. Definitely hire them

I had a good experience with B&B last fall when they came out to winterize my sprinkler system. When I logged in to Yelp! to get their info to have them come out again this year, I noticed there was a deal offered of $30 for a $50 voucher for work done by B&B. Since my sprinkler blowout last year was $50, I jump on this chance to save $20 this year. Unfortunately, that was 12 days ago, and I have called over and over with no answer, left messages multiple times with no callbacks, and also messaged via Yelp! with no luck. Given the temps/weather recently, I finally went with another service to get my sprinklers done. It appears that I am now out $30 since I no longer need their services. If I am able to get my money back, then I will update this review and rating. I know that they could be swamped with work and therefore unable to take my calls, but they could still at least call me back. Bummed out. Hoping they will rectify this situation. read more

I will be contacting them again if I ever have yard care maintenance etc. I was experiencing a leak in a valve that caused my sprinklers to run constantly, they fixed the problem and charged me less than expected. John was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what the solution was, the service was speedy and they went above my expectations, I would recommend to anyone! read more

My first experience with B&B and they did great! On time, detailed and tidy work. Happy customer!

B&B Mowing was great!! They responded extremely fast and were able to get out to my house just two days later. They're price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again and recommend. read more

I cannot say enough good about this company. They show up when scheduled & do an absolutely amazing job. My yard always looks phenomenal after they have visited. If you are looking for an incredible company, with reasonable rates, you could not do any better than B&B. read more

I called B n B mowing because of the ratings on Yelp, and I was not disappointed. Bret is very nice, accommodating. He answered all my questions and even came out to fix my sprinklers himself. I am looking forward to working with him and his crew this summer. read more

Bret and his crew do a great job on my yard. I feel good knowing I don't have to worry about yard work!!

The Good: Brett responds to emails fast. Affordable. The Bad: They don't show up. You have to track them down. And then they still don't show up. Had a few bids on yardwork, choose Bret as he showed up, was professional and had a kind demeanor. When they came the first month, his guys didn't even blow the back patio. Had to call them back. Then I noticed that they had clipped some sprinkler wires. He was great, fixed it right away. Then in October and November I had to contact Bret to find out when they were coming. The last two days they were supposed to come and clean my yard but never showed up. I finally emailed him and he said I should look for other people to clean my yard. read more

Couple stars for getting out quickly to aerate my hard. However the depth of the plugs seemed pretty shallow compared to using other companies and they forgot to do the parking strip which resulted in numerous texts to get it finally completed read more

I recently moved into my first home with a host of yard problems. Bret & his team have really turned it around - and with prices that are competitive. Bret is super responsive, and was out to my house the next day after initial contact. I reached out to two other lawn care providers before picking B&B - and chose Bret because of his great personality and people skills. A crew of five people have come to my place twice to weed, lay sod, mow, trim and adjust sprinklers. They really take their time (have spent about an hour and a half each visit), and make sure the job is done right. I like the option to pay my bill through PayPal too. I highly recommend them! read more

A little rough at first with scheduling but then we got in track and I don't have to worry about it anymore. Great price too

Brett got his crew out fast and they did a great job! Planning on continuing with B+B in the future. Recommended. read more

I called because my mower was in the shop and they were quick to respond. Great lawn mow and great communication! I'll probably stick with them and use in the future. read more

I called for a job and the communication was not good. They kept forgetting who I was and when the appointment was, then didnt follow up. I ended up hiring someone else. read more

These guys are the best!! I've lived in sandy for years, have gone through multiple lawn and sprinkler companies... best bang for the buck and very personable. You will not be disappointed. If his team isn't able to do the job, which is rare, he comes out himself. 5 stars read more

I called Bret to have my lawn done. He managed to come out with his crew the very next day. They did a very professional job, finished quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They were also quiet and did not disturb my neighbors. Their prices are reasonable as well. read more

So impressed with Brett and his team. They showed up when promised. Provided a fair estimate, with detailed information as I was working with him remote on a 2nd home that renters had neglected. They did a remarkable job and the home is back to looking like my pride and joy. I would recommend B&B mowing to anyone! Honest, Fair and Fantastic Service with great follow up. read more

My lawn looks great, and it was done so quickly! Thanks for the great service, responsiveness, and price!

Terrible. Used the $50 voucher to mow my lawn, front ant back. My yards are both small and they left missed spots and didn't even bother to do the edges or fenceline. read more

Bret came out and mowed our lawn himself. He did a great job weed whacking and getting the yard to look nice and neat. I look forward to having a good lawn this year! read more

I'd scheduled an appointment with Brett a week in advance, he and his company sounded professional on the phone; however, on the day of service they never showed up and didn't even bother to call and say they wouldn't make it. Later, when I called them, Brett sounded annoyed and said they're "quite busy these days since it's spring", he passingly said they could "probably" come by the following day. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of client's time. There are a million other lawn care services available, I'd strongly urge everyone to consider a different company. read more
