These Brussel Sprouts are roasted and seasoned to perfection. They are not our dry roasted recipe. These are wonderfully moist and roasted? OMG. How do they do that? The quarter chicken was fabulously delicious. Perfectly cooked though with the bbq flavors all around. Just these two items, and a beer, filled me up until later that night. Where I opened the takeout bag with roasted jalapeños, that mixed vegetable thing, and the most delicious prime rib sandwich I have ever tasted. No sauce needs to be added. Just lots more deliciousness. Service is order at the counter but they are very friendly and helpful. This place is out of town a ways towards the coast. So you may catch them coming or going. During the wait perused all the license plates on the wall and watched them work the grill. The owner and his wife plus son (?) were all so friendly. I legitimately wonder if the employee had a mental disability, and if so, I commend Smack Town for employing those with special needs. I'd hope that they'd have a job coach or somebody overseeing to get them to build the skills they need to fulfill their job role. With that said, though, I don't care to try to order here again.
