These Brussel Sprouts are roasted and seasoned to perfection. They are not our dry roasted recipe. These are wonderfully moist and roasted? OMG. How do they do that? The quarter chicken was fabulously delicious. Perfectly cooked though with the bbq flavors all around. Just these two items, and a beer, filled me up until later that night. Where I opened the takeout bag with roasted jalapeños, that mixed vegetable thing, and the most delicious prime rib sandwich I have ever tasted. No sauce needs to be added. Just lots more deliciousness. Service is order at the counter but they are very friendly and helpful. This place is out of town a ways towards the coast. So you may catch them coming or going.
