I'm glad that he put the welfare of his workers before the money; that's what's important to me and that is what shows a great work ethic. I'm new to Richmond, and I've found that a good work ethic seems to be uncommon here. Carlos was available by text and email as well. In this digital pandemic age, sometimes it can be hard to actually answer the phone, so that was great for me. The best part of all, out of every quote I received, his was the best price! We decided to get the dimensional tab, and another business quoted us 5 thousand dollars more than Master Pro Services (no exaggeration!). His work comes with a 5 year labor warranty, and the dimensional shingles come with a 30 year, one time transferable warranty, so it's safe to say that I feel I can rest easy now because of Master Pro! The team was courteous, neat and appreciated the case of Corona. It was March - not even hot yet! They even spray painted the air vent pipes black! Anxious to see how the new Ridge Vent works this summer. My 1966-built rancher has always been hot. My skylights were installed 18 years ago, and they've held up so I did not take NRR up on their suggestion to replace them. I did however upgrade the Shingles to the Certainteed Landmark Pro - and glad I did. I can tell the difference. I spoke with the rep for Certainteed and she advised that NRR is ranked a top installer. // I did entertain Absolute Roofing; their "area manager" contacted me after I signed a form requesting a bid. My insurance company said they wanted $24K to replace roof. NRR did a great job for less than 50%. AR threatened me with lawsuit. Good thing I signed their contract: "Permission to contact USAA denied". Hope this helps!

They used a drone to see details about the roof and siding, and found a lot of issues that the inspector missed when we bought the house six years earlier. The guys were very professional and courteous, answered all of our questions, and we had an exceptionally detailed report, with photos, delivered to our email the same night. We didn't mention anything, but we knew about some problems with the house. They found every problem we knew of and more! We were alarmed that the vapor barrier under the house is incomplete and allowed moisture to create a mold problem under our house, which is likely affecting the air quality in the house. They also found where the siding was improperly cut and installed by the roof, thanks to the drone. I know that stinks being the seller, but better to know now than later and get it fixed so our family isn't breathing mold! IMHO, I don't think it gets better than AHI. I recommend getting an inspection, even if you aren't selling, every five to ten years, just to make sure your house is safe and functional. No one wants mold, etc!
