See picture Requested some seasoning sprinkles got none instead they put in hot sauce. Ordered a 10 piece and got 6 wings Ok I love Popeyes but I am done with this restaurant, bad food can't get an order right it save their sorry butts. Simple order 10 piece tenders coleslaw and Cajun rice, four spicy sandwiches. 2 cars in front of me one waiting the other Paid and left, I get to pay. Then the waiting begins 25 minutes later my wife walks back and ask what the problem was got told they overcooked the order. 20 minutes more here comes the food I do check my sides there wrong, did not check my tenders why they should be right, right? WRONG they are plain andhh cold. Tried saying something and basically got told they are busy and mistakes happen but never tried to or even offered to correct it. And yes I do know we are in rough times but that does not excuse crap service. Now an added thought your spicy chicken sandwich is nowhere near the original chicken not spicy now a bitter sour sauce that taste like bad hot sauce and mayonnaise. I guess no more of my business at the restaurant on 82 in Lubbock if I could give less I would have.

Zero stars Also I paid $3.50 for the regular size mac and cheese not even filled half way. Wow I'm just reading how bad the reviews are. Hahahah

If there's one thing Hooters breaded wings taught me- breaded wings are amazing fresh but a little soft when taken. Will definitely go back soon but trust these wings will be eaten fresh and crispy in their dining area

As we walked in, there were 3 staff members: a lady working the register, the older Korean gentleman (the presumed heart of the restaurant), and another cook. Once we placed the order, the 2 men in the back sat up and went to the fryers immediately to lock in. Fried chicken takes its time and unlike a chain like Popeyes and KFC who can have legs, breasts, and wings ready at the drop of a hat, Kokio only makes what's needed per order. This means there is a longer wait for the food. As we sat and waited for our food, multiple to-go and presumed DoorDash drivers came in and had a similar wait to us. The time seemed to crawl as we waited, but once the order came out and I took my first bite, all was well. I ordered their Wings Plate which came with 5 wings, fries, and some coleslaw. I upgraded my fries to waffle fries for the vibes and they were worthwhile. For the wings, I got them tossed in the Honey Bee sauce. They were smooth and sweet while having a slight kick. The crisp on the chicken was insane and had an earth shattering rumble as you took a bite. It's one of those meals you go silent after your first bite and don't say anything until your last. It's one of those meals you are willing to wait over an hour for. It's one of those meals you use 20 napkins and wash your hands twice before leaving the restaurant. Last night, I ordered a pizza (kind of the "big deal" of the meal), a salad and dessert. I paid $30. Uber driver delivers a salad and dessert - maybe 1/2 the cost of my meal. Uber reimbursed me $2. I like Parry's food, but DO NOT order to be delivered - they don't have their own delivery people and you will be screwed out of your money AND your food!!!
