Meh, not the best BWW I have been to. I mean let's be honest, their food has gone way down hill over the last 10 years. I met a friend here for dinner, prior to seeing a movie. the BWW parking lot is connected to the theater, so it made it a logical choice. The server was friendly, although she was slow to bring drinks, was not knowledgeable about the menu and did not come to tell us our food was still being made, until 20 min after we ordered. Though our server was excellent and very apologetic, we waited 45 minutes when we clearly stated that we had a movie to see when we sat down. This has happened to us at more than one location. When I was asked if I would like to speak to the manager about the problem. I said no because the management clearly is the problem. it's unfortunate that a server has to work in an environment like this where their tips are greatly affected by the lack of service that takes place in the kitchen. It is doubtful that a nationwide business like this could survive with such pathetic management of food delivery. it's hard to rate the quality of the food when my wife ordered a mushroom burger that came with two mushrooms, no sauce and no other accoutrements. if there was an option to give less than one star, I would give it. read more

Came in around 12:30pm on a Friday and tried to order off the "Lunch" menu and was told that they don't recognize those specials and that if I tried to order them, then I would be charged for each item individually. Basically that whole portion of the menu is void. I understand that most restaurants are short staffed, but the staff they do have are either running around the entire time trying to cover more tables than they should or disappear after they bring you your drinks. Wait times were so long I counted 3 families that just got up and left and a woman that had to get her food to go in order to get out at a decent time. For what you get, and how it's served, the price is a bit on the high side. My suggestion is to skip the fries and order buffalo chips with cheese instead. Came in on a Saturday night around 7 and it was dead. We were with a group of 12 and ordered appetizers. The appetizers took almost 30 min to come out and we waited a long time for refills. We had to ask another guy bc our server wasn't checking on us. Then we order... the wait was about 45-50 min for food and it was just disappointing. Burger was extremely undercooked, everyone's plate was cold, 3 fries were sent back, ranch had a hair in it, items were missing, orders were wrong and the service was just terrible. I come here every Thursday night when they have $.60 boneless wings. Usually get 8-12 assorted wings. This location is MUCH better than the 19th/Milwaukee BWW location. Better service, better cooked, and more sauce on the wings. Me and my friends drive across town to the University location because it is that much better. Service can be slow, Thursdays are usually pretty crowded. Once you get your food, be prepared to never see your waiter again until the ticket arrives. I usually go and get my own refills. Oh Buffalo Wild Wings. If you have been to a BWW before you know what to expect. This one in particular may be a little below BWW standards because it is old, small, and loud even without some big event playing on their TVs. If you haven't been to a BWW before, don't expect to be amazed. Service is generally slow, wait staff is rarely attentive, and their food is just ok. In addition to that you can expect to pay a pretty penny for a hand full of wings unless you go on one of their wing "sale" nights. Me and a group of 3 other co-workers came to eat lunch and were seated promptly as there was not a lot of people working. Our server Priscilla took our drink ordered and food orders initially but did not return after (she did not check our table for refills on our drinks or tell us about how our food was coming along). Our orders were off the lunch menu during lunchtime so I'm not really sure why it took so long to prepare our food. When we did get our orders finally the food was cold as if it had been sitting for some time. I've been here pretty frequently lately and I've had good experiences all around. Their food is always fresh and tasty and while the service can be a bit slow at times, it's been good for me none the less. It's a good place to come and catch a game and get your wing fix.
