I believe it was her first day, she was very professional and knowledgeable, even offering me a sample of locally sourced kombucha, which I highly recommend trying. Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Also - the playlist was AMAZING and my technician told me they have their playlists on spotify and she told me which one was being played in case I wanted to reference it after my session. My therapist (please forgive can't remember her name) was AMAZING- a PRO. But just as important... The treatment itself was a ten. Unlike previous lymphatic massages, this was full on pressure from top to bottom (I signed up for the facial- body combo). I left feeling relaxed not knowing if that was going to be the end effect. I looked at the before and after and saw some difference but not 'a lot'... ...they did tell me I would be detoxing for three days but wasn't sure what that meant ...but sure enough by the third day, the bloat that drove me to pay for this massage was gone. Peed for an entire day the third day SNATCHED jaw line + abdomen Footnote: I do generally eat green (pescatarian) and do high intensity yoga most every day and am generally fit ...that said, I still struggle with bloating despite my every effort...literally felt like I was lugging around a gallon of water in my gut and another gallon throughout the rest of my body .... It's been a week and a half and still see the effects while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I go in and have to pay $40 before I can go back and see someone for the consultation..... Once in a room I was told to take my clothes off and put a surgical bra and surgical underwear on so they can look at me. This is all before I can get even a price on a lymphatic massage. So then she asked me to go into a room because she needs to take pictures of me. This is again even before I can get a quote for a simple lymphatic massage as recommended by my SURGEON. . Just a simple lymphatic massage. So once the pictures are done, we go back in the room and she starts talking about me needing red light therapy and and some kind of sonogram therapy. Again all I went in there for was a simple lymphatic massage. I had surgery 8 days ago one of my drains had been removed by my doctor and I have 2 remaining drains and they leak fluid.. I couldn't sit down due to drainage coming from my tubes insertions.... I could not sit on a chair in there due to sanitary reasons. There was no offer to put a no leak pad on the chair so that I could actually sit down. So this whole time I was standing with back pain for an hour while she is "DOING A CONSULTATION" All my doctor required me to do is get a simple lymphatic massage. NOTHING MORE.... So once she started talking about red light therapy and giving me a price of $350 for one session.... I immediately called my doctor while I was in the room with this employee..... And I asked my doctor.... I said, hey, this place is trying to upcharge me with doing red light therapy and sonogram stuff and my doctor said, "ABSOLUTELY NOT....You are not supposed to get red light therapy, at this point in your recovery." This has been the worst experience I've ever had. On April 25, 2025, I had AirSculpt Tightening on…read moremy full abdomen and flanks. At my 3-month appointment, I expressed concerns because I didn't see any improvement. I was told to wait until my 6-month follow-up, which took place on October 25, 2025. During that appointment, the doctor agreed that there had been no change. Instead of discussing a revision, he discouraged it and tried to push a tummy tuck at his private practice. I later spoke with Yaritza about receiving a full refund, and she said she would need approval from her District Supervisor, Erin Petty. A week went by with no update, so I called back and was informed that I could not get a refund!! I requested Erin's email. I emailed her and several others on November 5, 2025 and I still have not received a response. I've reached out to Yaritza three times since then, and she has not replied either. This company pressures you into getting the procedure, promises results, and then completely fails to deliver. They think it's acceptable to keep your $10,000 without addressing the harm that was caused or the fact that the procedure produced no results at all. I will not rest until this issue is rectified!!
