I'm not sure if I didn't research it enough but either way I'm very pleased with the service I received. I left feeling slightly fragile, weak and extremely sleepy. However, I haven't been sleeping much and also dealing with a lot of stress atm.....She explained that she reset my nervous system and helped open/drain my sinuses along with releasing tension from my TMJ masseter muscles. She said I might feel heightened sensitivity and emotions the next few days which I'm feeling 10 mins after the session. I was so relaxed that I had to sit in my car for 10 minutes bc I was worried I might get sleepy from the sway of my car driving lol. I do think this experience was worth it and I'm extremely lucky to have a company sponsored HSA that covered my treatment. I will update my review after the next few days. Edited/updated review: just like she said, I definitely experienced emotional sensitivity and heightened anxiety but as the days went on, I felt lighter, "cleaner", and a more fresh, crisper mind if that makes any sense. Either way, I've told all my friends about this spot and they definitely will book given the results I saw immediately. I can't wait for future sessions and my growth overall

Maya goes extra to create a pleasant experience. My face texture and pores are improving after every visit. Highly recommend!!!

I believe it was her first day, she was very professional and knowledgeable, even offering me a sample of locally sourced kombucha, which I highly recommend trying. Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Even though I live farther away I will absolutely be returning soon.

Whether I was in the reception area, the bathroom, or the treatment room, I couldn't help but notice how good it smelled EVERYWHERE. Loved that! Also - the playlist was AMAZING and my technician told me they have their playlists on spotify and she told me which one was being played in case I wanted to reference it after my session. I LOVED this as well! Speaking of my technician, Sandra - she was INCREDIBLE! Seriously so kind, so patient, and so talented!! I did the 60 Minute Master Tox + Sculpting Facial and this lady snatched me ALLLLL the way up!! I actually had an event the following day and got a million compliments about how toned I looked! The results continued to improve for the rest of the week and I really felt like my body got the reset I needed. Whenever I was leaving, they gave me this delicious tea in the cutest cup! It was such a great way to wrap up such a relaxing experience. I absolutely LOVE it here and I hope they bring one to Frisco ASAP but in the meantime, I will be making the trip to Southlake. A million out of ten, HIGHLY recommend!!

My therapist (please forgive can't remember her name) was AMAZING- a PRO. But just as important... The treatment itself was a ten. Unlike previous lymphatic massages, this was full on pressure from top to bottom (I signed up for the facial- body combo). I left feeling relaxed not knowing if that was going to be the end effect. I looked at the before and after and saw some difference but not 'a lot'... ...they did tell me I would be detoxing for three days but wasn't sure what that meant ...but sure enough by the third day, the bloat that drove me to pay for this massage was gone. Peed for an entire day the third day SNATCHED jaw line + abdomen Footnote: I do generally eat green (pescatarian) and do high intensity yoga most every day and am generally fit ...that said, I still struggle with bloating despite my every effort...literally felt like I was lugging around a gallon of water in my gut and another gallon throughout the rest of my body .... It's been a week and a half and still see the effects while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Only wish the price point was a little more accessible to where I could do this every month - because I would. Hope that helps- A+

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ REVIEW. First .... they…read morewill not give you pricing for a certain service that you request a service that my surgeon requested me to get. "lymphatic massage post surgery tummy tuck" without a consultation..... I wanted pricing on a lymphatic massage. But they told me I needed to come in for a consultation. I go in and have to pay $40 before I can go back and see someone for the consultation..... Once in a room I was told to take my clothes off and put a surgical bra and surgical underwear on so they can look at me. This is all before I can get even a price on a lymphatic massage. So then she asked me to go into a room because she needs to take pictures of me. This is again even before I can get a quote for a simple lymphatic massage as recommended by my SURGEON. . Just a simple lymphatic massage. So once the pictures are done, we go back in the room and she starts talking about me needing red light therapy and and some kind of sonogram therapy. Again all I went in there for was a simple lymphatic massage. I had surgery 8 days ago one of my drains had been removed by my doctor and I have 2 remaining drains and they leak fluid.. I couldn't sit down due to drainage coming from my tubes insertions.... I could not sit on a chair in there due to sanitary reasons. There was no offer to put a no leak pad on the chair so that I could actually sit down. So this whole time I was standing with back pain for an hour while she is "DOING A CONSULTATION" All my doctor required me to do is get a simple lymphatic massage. NOTHING MORE.... So once she started talking about red light therapy and giving me a price of $350 for one session.... I immediately called my doctor while I was in the room with this employee..... And I asked my doctor.... I said, hey, this place is trying to upcharge me with doing red light therapy and sonogram stuff and my doctor said, "ABSOLUTELY NOT....You are not supposed to get red light therapy, at this point in your recovery." I knew immediately that this place, it is not the place for me. I'm just giving you a warning. There are many more places that you can go to besides this place for services that you need. This place doesn't listen they just do not listen to the patients requests .... and they are more out to get money for offering things that they should not be offering or requiring things ..... than to do what the patient needs. And what the patient wants and what the patient asks for. And what the patients surgeon has asked for. You wasted my time today. You guys need to change your business practice and listen to what a patient wants verses what you are trying to upcharge. Your sales pitch of one visit for $350 or 10 visits for $2900 did not fly with me. Your lack of listening to my needs told me that something seriously needs to change in that office. I told my doctor's office to take your office off their list of recommended businesses that do lymphatic massages.... You guys are not doctors, so don't put your red light Therapy on me and recommend your red light Therapy on me on my fresh scarring. You are not doctors, so don't play Doctors. Just do a lymphatic massage when somebody asks for one. Again, just to recap, I went in for a lymphatic massage. I stood up the whole entire time in a room For about an hour AT LEAST ONE HOUR..... for a "CONSULTATION" until I was like, I can't do this anymore. I cannot stand here. I have drains with leakage coming out from them. I can't sit down on one of their chairs because my drains were draining fluid.. and this employee knew this but did nothing .... and she went on and on and on while she was sitting down..... and still would not give me pricing. And I had to finally tell her, after about an hour .... to go get my husband out of the truck, because I needed my phone to call my doctor to tell them that I did not feel comfortable with this place. And to confer with my doctor that it was not appropriate to be doing red light therapy on my fresh scars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I would first like to state that I am the most ideal candidate you could probably have for this procedure. I was 40 at the time, workout 4x a week with weights, walk 2-3 days a week, eat a healthy diet, stay on top of my hydration, do lymphatic drainage techniques regularly, etc. .... so a fairly fit and healthy individual with stubborn problem areas which is what Airsculpt is supposed to be for. My main issue was loose under arm skin that came from genetics, not weight loss as I have never been overweight and some typical excess fat women carry there. After my procedure I saw about 30% improvement which in my opinion was definitely not enough considering how good of a candidate I am and how much the procedure cost (about 10K). I went back and expressed my disappointment and that I expected a revision to be done. Dr.Hanz was not my surgeon for the first procedure but he agreed to be my surgeon for the revision. We had talked and agreed on that it was mostly the skin that was the issue so that the revision didn't necessarily need much more fat taken out, maybe a little, but that the main focus should be skin tightening. The revision surgery day came in June 2025 and Dr. Hanz and I talked one more time right before surgery about how it was the Skin that needed more addressing. Then what did he do? He took out even more fat than the first surgery! When I came out of surgery and the nurse told me that, my first thought was, "why would he take even more fat if loose skin was the issue? Wouldn't that just cause even more loose skin?!" But I decided to wait and see how the results turned out. Well here it is August 2026 and guess what? I was exactly right! Not only did it cause the loose skin to be more obvious but the over correction caused deformities in my arms. I'm so embarrassed about my arms now and to make it worse, my aesthetic is how I make my living. I understand that all surgeries can come with complications including aesthetic ones but in my opinion, this could've been mostly avoidable had the first surgery been done correctly and/or the second surgery actually been what we talked about. I expected so much more especially for that price tag. I am now having to look into a mini brachioplasty to fix the issue. Definitely not worth it for what it cost both financially and emotionally now that my arms have deformities and embarrassing loose skin. The first photo of my arm straight looks like fat hanging but it's mostly skin. The second photo with my arm bent and my skin tighter shows you the deformity all along the inside of my arm.
