I had called in for someone to come to my house with this company. They made an appointment about a week into the future then they never called never came. I was here all day. I gave him the opportunity with the phone call and a message multiple times to get back to me and I would still consider doing business together. I never heard anything back repeated calls multiple days. Im a design consultant by trade. I couldn't never recommend this company. They definitely need to get their act together. Stay clear. read more

Great service! They were able to quickly fix a jammed pocket door. Left the place clean and the door is working better than ever.

Benny did an amazing job! The sliding doors are amazing and he was so professional! Very fast and responsive service! He was great!!!

This is a very professional company. I needed to get my sliding glass door rollers replaced on a 60-year-old sliding glass door. I called the company to set an appointment. On the appointment day, they were a little behind and call me to inform me as to the status of their repair crew. The crew members that showed up were very professional. The lead was Jadan, and he quickly survey the situation, provided me an estimate and began to work. He brought in all of the correct equipment, selected a space in my backyard where he could work on the rollers, all while his assistant spent about 30 minutes cleaning my door track to assure a smooth rolling door. Once the door was re-installed, is rolled better than it has in years. I was very impressed by the company and would not hesitate to contact them again if I am in need of service or to recommend them to my friends. read more

Glad I got my door fixed works like new. would highly recommend to my neighbors. Was professional and courteous.

Today, i had my large and heavy sliding door handle mechanism replaced. They had the exact replacement on them so this 20 year old very nice door was fixed on the spot. I got to meet their two technicians in Benny and Jayden. It was a small and easy job but they sent two technicians nevertheless. They are knowledgeable from what I learned about their recommendations on how to make this slow sliding older door work much smoother. I didn't decide on this extra job that would make this door slide as well as the other doors in the house. But I have their contact in case I changed my mind. read more

We had finally decided to repair our original sliding doors in three of our bedrooms. Only problem was NO ONE could do the repairs because parts for the older top roller system weren't available. Until I got Benny and Jayden to give me an estimate. I guess the other companies only wanted to replace, not repair. Anyway Benny worked with us on the price and did the work promptly. Now the doors glide like new! read more

Benny and Monica are an impeccable team! Super responsive, professional, and phenomenal at repairing sliding doors. We moved into our place a couple years ago and deprioritized repairing the closet and balcony sliding doors. We finally got around to it this year when we saw an ad for Benny's company in the mail. In an hour or two the sliding doors were literally unrecognizable and felt like brand new. Can't thank them enough!! read more

Benny was amazing! My sliding window wouldn't budge. Now I can slide it with my pinky. Highly recommend.

They were very punctual and fixed the issue with my sliding glass door. Works perfectly now.

After complaining about a temperamental exterior wood sliding door for years, I finally searched online and found Dr. Sliding Door, which actually cited experience with wooden doors. Was able to promptly plan an appointment to look at the problem, and the owner, Benny, explained a few potential causes and offered a quote. I agreed to the price and he and his technician, Jayden, promptly got to work removing the door (without having to take out any molding, which was a huge plus), replacing the wheels, wire brushing and cleaning the rest of the door and the track, reinstalling the door, and making sure it was aligned with the other sliding door so it would lock easily. In hindsight, the cost was relatively expensive for the time and parts, and I probably should have been more clear about the scope of work and perhaps sought a decrease in the cost, but the value of the work was excellent, because their repair delayed what will one day be a very expensive project to replace the doors. The door they fixed seems to work better now than when we moved in 20 years ago and we are confident the repaired door will work for many years to come. So while it may have been a little more expensive than it could have been, the results were well worth it. They worked promptly and conscientiously, did no damage and cleaned up when they left, did not try to hard sell any other services or sneak in any extra charges, and bottom line did an excellent job fixing the problem I needed fixed. While I hope we will never need to see them again, as our doors now work like new, I would not hesitate to contact Dr. Sliding Door for any similar work in the future. read more
