My flight was pretty delayed so I arrived to NY late and this small corner pizza spot happened to be open late, but it was so good that I definitely went back again. The crust and the amount of toppings are perfectly balanced. The price was amazing compared to other places in the area. Staff were great and you could tell that many locals love this spot. Definitely recommend it if you're nearby. read more

This was my first time grabbing a pizza at Slice. Really wanted to buy a whole 16" pizza but the guy at the counter said they can't do that for me. (Even if I was willing to wait) I'm seeing other reviews say the same thing happened to them, so I really wonder why they have a whole pie on the menu. Just ended up grabbing a slice with plans to grab more food elsewhere. There's a tiiiiny counter to stand and eat at indoor that'll fit maybe 2 adults. Otherwise, you'll need to eat outside on the sidewalk. Not great when the weather isn't good. The pizza was fine but with all the other pizza options in NYC, I don't think I'll be trying them again. read more

God dammmmmm this is so good 5 star all day I walked around my kids ask for water entered the smell was amazing. I was eating a pizza the day before. After dropping by a few Japanese restaurants and getting rejected due to last call, we ended up at this pizzeria for dinner. We got a large pepperoni pizza for takeout and brought it back to our hotel lobby. The pizza was thin and cheesy. The pepperoni was salty and oily in a good way. I was pleasantly surprised how good the pizza was. The only negative was that the crust was a tad hard after we brought it back to the hotel. read more

After a coast to coast red eye flight, we decided to try this tiny pizza joint across from our hotel. Wow we were pleasantly surprised. We tried to order slices of veggie & the margherita but the gentleman behind the counter firmly said "no, 10 more min". Apparently those pies needed to be heated before serving. Instead he recommended the beef pepperoni which was more "fresh". He was right! Our slice was quickly reheated then served. It was fantastic: thin crispy crust, a thin layer of cheese that melted on top of the dough, with grease oozing from the pepperoni. Their pizza are halal. I was walking by with my daughter on our way to Trader Joe's and popped inside to take a look at their slices. The margarita looked so good that I called them up once I was leaving traders and they made me a whole fresh pie. WOW! So good. Enormous pie ... well worth the $. The man behind the counter was friendly and polite, but the pizza wasn't great. I got the meat lovers which only had two meats on it. It was pretty greasy which I generally don't mind, but this was too much. There wasn't enough sauce and I didn't like the dough. The space is really small with just a little counter to stand at if you don't want to get it to go. You could never walk with this pizza. You would get grease all over you. My son loved the cheese pizza, but then again his taste in pizza is questionable. Again, really nice people. read more

This was by far my favorite place to stop for pizza while in New York! It was a block away from our hotel and was ALWAYS open. So this was perfect for those late nights/early mornings after consuming too many alcoholic beverages! And affordable!! read more

What can I say? It's NYC pizza. Not the best. Not the worse but it is only $2. Fresh from the oven and it's also Halah if that matters to you. There are $1, $1.50 slices in NYC averaging $2 per slice but for Manhattan standards, this is decent. read more

Love this beef pepperoni pizza!!!! Great crust and cheese, but the beef pepperoni is WOW! The service is a little slow, but worth the wait. They stay open late, until about 4AM. I don't know why some people have a hard time ordering a pie, maybe they just don't do pies when its really busy, because they do get very bust here. I ordered a pie with extra beef pepperoni the other day and although overpriced, it was perfection. They charged $30 for the pie, $6 for extra pepperoni. Paying with card it cost about $38. A lot for pizza, but worth it in this case. There is nowhere to sit and wait here. Standing room only. read more

The chicken parmigiana was 2-3 lightly breaded masses of chicken covered with a delicious red sauce and mozzarella. It was only two of us and we took home half of the chicken parmigiana. Ambiance is a family style restaurant where you are close to other tables but the experience was amazing! Would return!

I would say 3.5 but I can only do 3 or 4…read more Very family friendly and a great spot to eat with a big group. Great service. Food was quick and they were able to take our birthday cake and put candles on it. One guy even came out and sang. It was very fun. Average Italian food.
