Please just stick to brows!…read more I got my lashes done, I paid for lash lift & tone, the lift was honestly a 5/10, a lot of lashes weren't even correctly adjusted and she didn't even tone them after I asked if she did & she said she did. I personally love this place for eyebrows, second year coming here but honestly would not recommend for lashes. It felt like a rush job. Felt chemicals in my eyes and I already know the placement was odd considering i've had my lashes done a few times by real professionals and this felt nothing like it. I over paid for lashes that didn't fully work out so now I have to pay someone else to fix them. Would not recommend for lashes at all. Stick to the name! Unfortunately threading left me with a few cuts, honestly not looking forward to coming again unless its my last choice.

5-Star Review: Jaqueline is a Lash Queen!…read more I cannot rave enough about my experience with Jaqueline--she is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and pampered. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and the results? Flawless. My lash extensions look so natural yet super glam--just the perfect balance. They're lightweight, perfectly placed, and have lasted beautifully with almost no fallout. I've had so many compliments, and I love waking up every day feeling put together without even touching my mascara. Jaqueline's technique is gentle, precise, and clearly backed by experience and passion. Her space is clean, cozy, and relaxing--honestly, I could have fallen asleep during the appointment! If you're thinking about getting lash extensions, don't hesitate. I swear by threading and think it's the best way to keep my brows in check. I have gone to places near and far for an excellent threader and look no further: Alison opened up Beyond Brows - I have been coming here ever since she opened up a few years ago. She took a hiatus for health reasons but she is back and I do not go to anyone else to take care of my eyebrows. She is consistent with my shape and keeps them clean and looking fabulous. I will admit, if you are a first time customer here, it will not be top knotch exquisite service. This is a threading salon - not a spa. You will be waiting even if you HAVE an appointment, but I suggest calling ahead to see what the wait is like before you come if you are in a rush. If you are lucky enough to get Alison, you will not be disappointed. She has a gift! She is quick, painless and not to mention extremely efficient. She knows what she is doing. I cannot speak on behalf of anyone else as Alison is the only threader I go to here. She has been in this industry for a very long time. If you live in the Pines area and are looking to check out a new place to tame your brows, then look no further to Beyond Brows. It may not be the best service you receive customer service wise, but that is a miss I am willing to take to have the best shaped eyebrows on the block. Also, go ahead and follow them on Instagram if you have, they offer specials. @BeyondBrows954

I came back today and it was a disappointing experience, to be generous. Mom and I had appointments and were not taken for about 50 minutes later. We were supposed to have the same nail technician because she did a great job last time. So I expected to be here longer than usual. The appointment center is in the Phillipines we found out today. It seems they book appointments with not enough time between each guest. I have never seen a nail salon where there is no receptionist AND no manager on duty. Last time I was here there were no other guests so I didn't even realize... Well, I ended up having two nail technicians. One for my hands and one for my feet. My nails look ok but not great. The lady who did my hands filed my thumb nail too short and now it hurts. The lady who did my pedicure got up three times during my pedicure to check a customer out, to handle an upset customer in another area and for an unknown other reason. I mean, I come here to relax. Instead I walked out unhappy and annoyed I came back here. Oh well, it won't happen again.

Dolores was already working on a customer when we walked in. She apologized but said the call center in the Phillipines books these appointments 15 minutes apart. How unprofessional to the nail technician and the customer. This will take at minimum an additional hour on a day when we both have a lot to get done. It is unfortunate they do not have a receptionist in person. I don't see either of us coming back here again despite Delores being an excellent nail technician. The owner should respect the time of people because there are numerous other salons to choose from in the area. We ended up being there almost 4 h ours including arriving early as they asked
