We were out of towners for our Harpers Ferry wedding and Leanne networked like crazy to help us achieve the wedding of our dreams within our budget. She didn't flinch when we had offbeat ideas and guided us with compassion. There were so many small details that needed to come together for our perfect weekend like renting busses from a local rafting company to get our older and mobility restricted guests up a windy hill to the historic St. Peter's Church. She negotiated a great deal with Town Hall (may it RIP) to have a fantastic welcome party and after brunch with excellent food at a great price. When we experienced friction with dealing with getting clear communication regarding clear pricing with our reception site, Leanne got everyone's feet planted back on the ground in record time. She was loved and respected amongst our vendors like Claire Watson Photography that everyone really rallied to give us a perfect day. She helped us to arrange the most beautiful flowers review with WestVirjeni at a small private so that my sick mom could be a part of the planning process. The day of our wedding, she was nothing short of phenomenal. If anything went wrong, we wouldn't have known about it. We wanted our own private time together before the craziness of the wedding so Leanne personally drove us to the church. Her organization and direct yet respectful communication left no room for error, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. During the most important times in your life, you want to feel loved and supported, which Leanne has an incredible gift of doing seamlessly. We are so thankful that we found Leanne and will be eternally grateful to her for the memories of our special day we now have.

I especially liked how they kept all the vendors (eg: venue, caterer, florist, photographer) in the loop and on track. Their "day-of" coordination was top-notch. No wedding goes perfect, but with Pedestal Event's help the few glitches that occurred were handled behind the scenes and went unnoticed. I hired them as day of planner for my wedding(8-16-14) about 30 days before the wedding date and they jumped right in and help me with all details and logistics for the day so I didn't have to think about anything. They worked with all of the vendors I hired to coordinate and schedule out the day of the wedding as well as the details needed before the day. They also came to every meeting with me that I had at the hotel(reception site) from the day I hired them to the day before the wedding. They were there to protect me and my ideas and vision for my wedding day. Every email I sent with questions was answered within hours if not sooner. They asked a bunch of questions in advance, from what level of formality the servers should dress at to questions about dietary needs for our guests. They were able to accommodate a handful of vegan guests, and communicated with us and offered suggestions to perfect the menu and event to fit our vision.
