They said since the service was completed that I couldn't get a refund and insisted that I got a discount for the partial anyways because online it even says $150 starting. On the phone before the appt, they said $115 and after this call, I checked online and its $125. So I don't know. I really wouldn't have minded as much just knowing the amount upfront. But almost an hour wait time and extra hidden fees just makes the experience not as positive for me.

Legally, according to the contract Trubates and Pama had, Trubates isn't responsible for this default in service...Pama is. Patricia has been extremely short and rude in her responses to me. I asked for my money back and while she ultimately agreed to send it to me, it has now been 3 weeks and I have not received anything. She has not responded to me since then either. I highly recommend that you do not support this establishment. The lack of professionalism is very evident. I can't speak for her actual services, but what I've experienced is more than enough for me to know that I will tell everyone I know not to patronize this business. Beware!!
