Also, they should be informed what "henna" is- it is NOT eyebrow tint- which is what they gave me- I would have NEVER paid for that. Second, I contacted the business 5 days after my eyelashes- my eyelashes were almost completely gone, and the ones that were left are tangled and every time I blink, they flip the other way and stab me in the eyeball. The eyelashes were placed badly, the fans were created terribly and the glue they use does not retain. My eyelashes were falling off over and over without the natural lash. NOT how lashes work. Lashes are supposed to be a 1:1 ratio- falling out WITH your natural lash. Don't waste your money. Also, note that this business has horrible customer service. The only thing they would offer me is "half off a new set". When I asked for a refund. They do not take care of their customers nor hold any sort of standards to their employees. This is going to cost me a lot more money to fix and all I wanted was a refund- as the service states eyelashes should last a minimum 2 weeks- not 5 days.

Lindsey was running a special on extensions and i needed mine removed asap (see previous review)…read more Let's start with the cons: it all has to do with Lindsey's demeanor. i wish she would put a smile on her face even when she doesn't feel like it, and have positive conversation or at least refrain from just saying negative things. it is depressing, i felt uncomfortable but i thought i'd just ignore it. if Lindsey learns to become friendlier, she could go very far. Now the extensions: she used the best extensions i have ever had put on. i have used a few brands in the past and this one, Le Prive by Hair Couture, is the best. You will feel it and you will see it, it's pure silk. The strands are way more than 1g each. it's almost 2g, my goodness, they're thick. So it's a great value for your money. But the thing i appreciated most is that she's not there to rip you off, always trying to make you spend more, and doesn't mind working hard to be able to get you to look your best. i was wondering if i didn't need more than what we purchased, and she didn't mind offering to use extensions she had left at no extra charge. It took her a long time to remove the disastrous French Kiss extensions that were put on by Ersolene, she clarified my hair, straightened it with flat iron (most stylists don't do that before they start applying the extensions), then applied them exactly the way i wanted them to be before trimming. The extension bonds aren't visible at all, they blended perfectly with my hair. She is detail oriented and doesn't necessarily go for the easiest solution. So that made my trip to Frankfurt worth it. i would recommend her, she's good. We all like stylists that care about how we look more than they care about their pocket.

I also wish they'd told me to arrive early since there was about 10 minutes of paperwork to complete. The staff was nice. Joanne did my facial and it came with some type of special hand treatment. My pores are usually really clogged, so I'm not sure I felt that there was enough time spent on extractions. I also thought I'd receive an exfoliating mask, but it seemed like a more general cleansing mask. Overall, I think the facial was good and as a first time customer I received a 15% discount. They also have a nice bag of samples. I'll try them once more before making the decision to continue there or continue my search.

I arrived wearing a mask and was asked a series of health questions to ensure the safety of employees and clients. The girl asking the questions was both polite and professional. The salon is spotless. No dust or hair on the floor or the retail shelves. While waiting for my service I observed tons of cleaning going on with an emphasis on high-traffic touch points. The pedicure chair was comfortable and had a nice massage feature. Each pedicure chair was separated by a clear shield so you could still see everyone around you. All employees were wearing a mask, and more importantly, wearing them the correct way. I didn't see a nose or a mouth the entire time I was there, LOL!!! I was fortunate to have an appointment with Lindsay. In a nutshell, she's fabulous. Besides being very friendly and easy to chat with, her work is immaculate and precise. I've never had anyone pay such attention to detail when doing a pedicure. My nails were cut and filed gently. After applying the polish to each nail, Lindsay painstakingly used a brush soaked in acetone around each nail plate to ensure there was no bleedover of color. Calluses were smoothed over and I was given the choice of warm towels and a shorter foot massage or no towels and a longer foot massage. Who wouldn't choose the longer foot massage???? My manicure was just as good. All the filing is done by hand, which is a lost art these days and something you definitely don't get at an average nail place. Lindsay took her time and shaped my nails exactly how I asked and made them as short as I wanted them with no complaints, all the while making great conversation and making me feel at home and relaxed. This was my first post-covid manicure and my cuticles were a mess. Lindsay was gentle but determined to get them cleaned up correctly. For the price, I expected a polished, finished look, not multiple trips and unfinished service. 3. Customer Care - When I raised my concerns with management, instead of an apology or solution, I was told that the stylist "shouldn't have taken me because she stayed late." This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling undervalued as a customer, despite the significant amount of money and time spent.
