Saw decent reviews about this place so I decided to try it out. My nail tech was very sweet, but did not give me what I was looking for. I paid $55 for a full set of no chip acrylics and wanted the coffin box shape. They charge $5 for the shaping... my nails do not look like the coffin box shape. There was nail polish on the sides of my fingers and also she did not put any cuticle oil on.. I don't know if that is standard or varies but location, but it is what I'm used to. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
Worst salon experience of my life. I made an appointment and was put to soak my nails for thirty min. Until I got a staff's attention, (AFTER AN HOUR) and told them my hands were starting to burn! They said that they had one staff available to do it. I would happily have done so, had I not watched her last two customers argue with her about wanting the lumps on their nails to be smoothed out and then they had to be seen by another tech.
Just knowing my name when I walk in the door is enough for me to love this place. Nick is the best and even though I haven't seen him in 6 months he still remembers me! They do a phenomenal job and are always friendly and kind! I'm a client for life
The ambiance was nice! Instantly greeted and got my appt started with Tina. The pedicure was awesome & thorough. The full set was neat & pretty. Definitely will be back in a few weeks.
I was so excited to try this place and was grossly disappointed in the quality of service. For starters, they charged me nearly $100 for my Neice's ombré nails and all it had was a few rhinestones on it. They didn't tell me about the price until after it was done, which hardly seemed proper since when we showed them the picture, they only said they were charging for Ombré nails, which was around $60 bucks. Then after getting a full set applied I asked for a regular nail and was constantly pressed by the nail tech to do a no chip color, even though I just wanted regular. Finally I gave in so she would stop pressing the issue. She said the no chip color would last for so long and less than a week after getting the full set done at Chrystal Nails with the no chip color, my nail broke clean in half. All in all the experience was disappointing.
I had an appointment for nails. I was ready to spend money on nails, toes, and brows for my vacation. I also always leave a tip even if the nails are mediocre. I get there, they tell me to have a seat. That's fine even though the shop is almost empty. Then a woman walks in who is a different HUE than I am and she is a walk in, no appointment, ask how much for a full set, and they take her to the back and work on her nails right away. They tried to say she also had an appointment not realizing I heard the entire conversation. Also, I arrived for my appointment first and on time so why would that matter.... I walked out, I don't spend money where I'm not appreciated. I refuse to ever return again. Lesson learned.
Not originally from this area but was in town for a wedding. One of my nails tragically broke the day before the wedding so I came to this nail salon for an emergency dip manicure. Hailey did my nails and did such a fabulous job--they are perfect! One of my nails was broken one one side and she managed to work around it delicately to fix it and get it looking good again. I don't really understand the poor reviews as this salon was clean, relaxing and all of the staff I interacted with were lovely. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my go-to spot! Highly recommend to anyone.
Went here on a whim. Was seen within 5 minutes of getting my temperature taken. Had a fill in done. Was a decent job
They are the Best! highly recommend. I asked for an updated style and they were able to do it! I don't mind my 30 minute drive to get here it's worth it. They do a really amazing job and attention to detail!

For starters I haven't been to a nail salon in a long time. I asked for a dip manicure and was charged $57. I didn't think anything of it because it has been a long time. After talking to some friends they said I was charged too much. I will not be returning. My nails were not the best some places uneven. read more

i got a fill in no clip with the magnet color soo pretty and did a lot of things nail artist dont do enough, also ive had a pedicure here too and it was so nice and no bleeding even tho my toes were beat up before coming in... and the vibe is nice/relaxing read more

I was getting a pedicure and my feet are actually pretty soft and I'm hood condition the girl was sand my toe spacing out until I yelled I'm bleeding so now I've got hole in my toe putter part of my big toe so it's cintatly rubbing in my shoe now careless and extremely stupid error read more

I came on Mother's Day as a walk in so it was an unexpected crowd with a bit of a wait. However, you can make appointments, which I highly recommend. But the staff was professional, the facility was clean, and I was satisfied. Carol did a wonderful job on my nails & I heard Jenny is great as well if you want to request either of them. And the pics are what I asked for vs. what I got. read more

Update: I keep trying to find a silver lining & the more I look at my toes the more I realize my trip here was a waste of money. The acrylic on my toes is thick & there is acrylic underneath the tip they placed on my toenail to extend it. Also the man that did my toes didn't polish correctly. The sides of my toenails didn't get touched with polish & he didn't take the polish close enough to the cuticle. I understand he may have been trying to avoid flooding my cuticle with polish but it's been 1-2 days and it looks like it's been a week since my last polish. read more

Nice job! Got my first full set done at Crystal Nails! The nail tech is super patience and put her effort to made a great work! Prices are acceptable if u really want to get pretty nails! Even I had drove 40 minutes there, but it worth it. The store is nice and keep it clean. Hand sanitizers are seen inside the shop. Highly recommended read more

I got them done on Sunday and on Tuesday one fell off and the others are chilling. I'm not tough with my hands. I spent a lot and tipped well. Now disappointed. read more

The service I received here was awful. I'm most upset with myself for having this experience because my better judgement kept telling me to either cancel ten appointment or leave while I was waiting. Obviously, I didn't. And my experience went like this: I found this place on yelp and it had great reviews, so I decided to Look through the pictures and see if they could meet my needs. I found a ton of pictures from one nail tech in particular, Steven Tran. So I found him on Instagram & decided to make an appointment with him. I'm no stranger for waiting in the nail salon for the tech you want, but when making an appointment, I expect the scheduled time to be kept. My appointment was at 1:45 and I didn't get in the chair until 2:30. That's unacceptable. I had plans to get a pedicure as well and said that I'd get my pedi while I waited for him to finish up. But the nice girl at the front desk told me I couldn't because "he's almost done and has appointments to keep" --- yeah right. Then, when it was finally my turn, I was greeted with nothing but attitude. And throughout my time in his chair, all he did was talk about me to his co-workers, make rude side comments, and act as if I was bothering him when I asked questions. Because I was half way through my full set, I had to endure. The. He completely messed up my left thumb it was completely crooked. And when I told him about it he sighed and acted as if I did something wrong. After he fixed it, and started polishing it, hit put the polish on so thick that it dried with a ridge in my nail. I'm so irritated with this Steven because from what I read, he's the #1 nail tech there and the manager. HA! This guy, the manager. Not to mention that he tried to severely over charge me for services. I saw other women leaving with beautiful work done on their nails. I'll try this place one more time, but I will not go back to Steven. He's arrogant and not customer friendly Update: the polish on the left thumb has completely peeled because of the poor polish. read more

This place has gone to shit post covid. Used to be the most amazing spa with wonderful services and I was a regular client. I've gone three times in the past two months and have been completely dissatisfied each time. Acrylics don't last, I got gel polish each time and it was chipping off after 2 days and I just removed my most recent set to find that my middle finger nail is infected. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They increased their prices to cover "sanitizing and individual packaged products" YET I HAVE AN INFECTION. Please please please go anywhere else to get pampered I am completely disgusted as I hope you will be too by this review. read more

Why aren't we allow to give zero stars. I got a full set done by Ken on Friday around 6pm. On sunday, my nails were already lifting up from the bottom. On Monday, 2 had already popped off. Tuesday, another on popped off as I made my way to the shop to hopefully get them fixed. They were closed. I get home and one of my nails that lifted got caught on something and ripped half my natural nail off. Not to mention how bad my cuticles look as they didn't cut them. I'm am so disgusted by this service I don't know what to do. I don't even want them to fix my nails. I've never in my life had a full set last 2 days. I should have taken heed to the awful reviews and went somewhere else!!! Very a read more

I love this place but I will say I only recommend coming here if your getting fake nails and make sure you request Steven or Lynn! They both do an amazing job!!! I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place if you don't get fake nails or request Steven or Lynn. read more

I would give this useless business negative five stars if it was an option. I have never in my life been so disappointed and upset by getting my nails done. I was back in town for the holidays and I went here with my friend the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday) and the place was basically empty. I called ahead of time to ask the price of acrylic sets and the guy on the phone said $35. When we get there the manager comes over and speaks to the girl helping me pick of polishes in their language then she suddenly tells me it's $40. I ask both of them why the price change and what I was told, but they avoided eye contact and kept conversing with each other as if I wasn't there. I was pretty annoyed but went ahead and started my nails. The man who did my nails was friendly at first but I noticed he did not push back my cuticles or do any of the proper prep techniques. He was super aggressive with filing my nails and was hurting me at one point. He unevenly filed my ring fingers (the nail on the left hand was noticeably shorter than the one on the right) then had the nerve to roll his eyes when I pointed it out. After putting on my nail polish, he said I was free to leave. I asked what about the top coat and he said I didn't need it cause I got acrylic with a "special" type of nail polish. I've been doing acrylic for ages and never have I left without top coat. He basically refused to do top coat and ran off to the back room and left me sitting there! At this point I was very annoyed but waited for my friend to finish her nails then we went to the front and paid. Fast forward less than 24 hours later and my nails were chipping badly!!! I called and stated my issue and the man said I can come back and get them fixed for free. I went back a few days later when I got the chance and just like the first time when I went there, the manager zooms over and talks with the girl doing my nails but I can tell they are obviously talking shit about me - they looked upset that I came back but that's their freaking problem that they did a horrible job. The woman fixes my nails, adds top coat, I thank her then head out. Round two of crap nails - a few days later my nails are chipping AGAIN and it looked like I needed a fill in already. Everything looked awful. Also, the top coat she put was chipping off so it looks like there was a crack in my nails. Then about a week later a huge chunk of the nail polish suddenly peels off on my index finger! At this point I'm so upset because now I have to waste money getting my nails completely redone, less than two weeks after doing them TWICE at Crystal Nails! I attached photos of the atrocity I have on my fingers. This place had pretty good reviews so I was deceived by that and unluckily I got a bad batch of some nails. Never returning again. read more

Went in for a fill in after a WestSide nail salon butchered my nails. After 2 weeks (now) they looked horrible anyhow found this place just because they were nearby shopping center & they were a life saver. So glad I went in, My nails look so goooood. I'm so impressed that I may go back. This place is an hour away from my home but I think it would be worth the drive. Salon was very clean, receptionist and nail tech were very friendly. The nail tech did a superb job at filing, shaping the acrylic that had once before looked bulky and horrible. My nails are perfect now & they don't hurt from being over filed. Thank you!
