CAVEAT: We have not yet purchased a new mattress; either through Sleepare or elsewhere. We are interested in a new mattress and absolutely want to try before we buy, which presents a problem as many mattress brands are online only. Also, in store mattresses have confusing branding, so a Stearns and Foster at one store has a different brand name somewhere else. Sleepare is a showroom for many online brands and you can go there by appointment only. When you make the appointment, you can indicate what mattress brands you are interested in, and what kind of sleeper you are (side, stomach, back). When we arrived, we had Nigora's undivided attention. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and made some great suggestions based on our sleep habits (we are a side / back couple!). Before visiting this store my husband and I did some research on the brands. We went to the store to see the mattresses and try them. They recommend making an appointment. We were kindly greeted by Nigora and she was very helpful. The mattresses are mailed to you in a cool box and are very easy to assemble. So we unintentional put the return policy to the test because the first mattress we ordered was not to our liking. I checked and noticed they offer a 100 day return policy. They were very responsive and mailed us another brand right away! We are now super happy with our new selection. They are currently working on scheduling a complimentary pick up for the one we are sending back. The prices for these mattresses are reasonable in comparison to name brands so we are happy to say we probably saved at least 30-40% in comparison to popular brands. read more

After looking online for the top rated mattresses, I wanted to try the Helix Midnight. They are not available at mattress stores. Fortunately, SleePare has them available to try. Along with other top online mattresses. I went there 2 days before Thanksgiving. Fortunately, the salesman was helpful and then left me alone to try out everything in peace.
