I rarely write reviews, but JD earned this one…read more I spent weeks researching luxury mattresses, adjustable bases, latex construction, and comparing brands before making a decision. JD was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had, never pressured me, and took the time to explain the differences between the various Posh + Lavish models and adjustable base options. What stood out most was his honesty. At no point did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch. He focused on helping me find the right setup rather than simply selling me the most expensive one. As a fellow Navy veteran, it was also great connecting with someone who shares a similar background and values. JD treated me with professionalism, respect, and integrity from start to finish. I ultimately purchased a Posh + Lavish Reawaken Ultra Plush and MLILY MS600 adjustable base, and I feel confident that I made the right decision. The pricing was competitive, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience was excellent. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on helping you find the right mattress, I highly recommend JD and Real Deal Sleep. Five stars.

But either way furniture here is badly made, very cheap. This place doesn't even deserve one star, actually they deserve a negative. Very misleading. I had messaged them on IG for a dresser. The person on there said they have one in stock left. We drove 20 miles just for them to be like oh no we don't have any left we just have the floor model available. The floor model was damaged and the guy was like I can do $20 off. We asked for free delivery and we'll take it. The guy had us ask the manager and she said no. I'm like okay well whoever messaged me on IG said it was available so this was such a waste of time. The guy was like oh she probably meant the floor model was the only one available. Even if that was the case, she didn't state that. She said they have one more IN STOCK. So she was not referring to the floor model. Anyways floor model was damaged and managers attitude was trash. I will be finding another furniture store. This place is overly hyped up for no reason. Bad quality either way. Don't lie and then get caught up in the lie after, it's not going to make us want to buy from you. I even messaged you on IG right BEFORE we started driving saying we'll get there by 1:30pm. You saw the message and say can't wait to see you. YET, you failed to tell me you no longer had it available. You knew I was coming and instead of letting me know the "last one" had been sold, you still allowed me to make my way there for NO REASON. This place is very untrustworthy. Do not come here and waste your time.
