There's a hugely wide aisle circling the store which is nice for social distancing and getting around, but it takes away from the selection of stuff you'd typically browse. The kitchen section was lacking the normally robust selection of gadgets and storage containers and pans that I'm used to seeing. If I lived in the area, I'd probably stop in occasionally to see what they have. But one line for both Marshalls and Homegoods kinda sucks if you just want to grab something and head out. They need an express lane.

In reading other reviews, we now know that this is a pattern with this company. The product, the installation, and the customer service up until the end was outstanding. There has to be better monitoring of the process.

I was told that the cart was only sold along with the 2 chairs next to it & I was quoted a price for the set. I took measurements & went home to see if it would work. When I called in the next day to purchase the set I was told a completely different (higher) price. I informed the associate on the phone that I had been quoted the day before a lower price by not one but two other associates. She said that she would have the manager call me which never happened......so after 5 days I called them & I was told that they would not honor the price that I had been quoted. I have now read other reviews and see that this seems to be a pattern with this store......my advise "stay away".

First, the ladies at the Service Desk were genuinely so nice and helpful to help me with my Registry questions. The carts are so much better than the other big name store I'm not going to name. But seriously - something so simple- shopping carts that ride around smooth. When checking out, the cashier seemed a little confused on my discounts but was eager to help and I also had a gentleman offer to help me out to the car with my items which was so helpful since I got a car seat and I am pregnant. Very appreciative of that gentleman! The other part of my review would be for the Starbucks! The customer service was excellent. I asked for a recommendation for an iced latte and told the girls what I was craving and they made me the yummiest latte! My daughter also enjoyed the egg bites as usual. Thanks girls!

We went to Belk to exchange or get a refund since he's only worn them 5 times. They no longer had his size so we requested a refund. They said that they can't tell how much we paid being it was over 30 days. The sandals were regularly $65 and we got them on sale for $48 when we purchased them. The store would not credit our Belk account for the $48. Their system would only allow a refund of $17 on a gift card since we didn't have the receipt. If we had known the sandals were going to split like that we would have kept the receipt. I feel that their excuse that the system can't find pricing if over 30 days is total bull crap and a way for the store to profit and the consumer to be out of money for sandals that only last 5 times of being worn. We will no longer shop at their store. They should be able to look up anything that I charged on their Belk Mastercard. You have lost a loyal customer for such horrible customer service.

World Market always has a dedicated section to those big holidays, such as Mother's Day and Fourth of July. The list goes on and on. I will preface, however, that this establishment is rather pricey. Just to help you paint a better picture, I purchase a vase, two candles and about three different Korean snacks they had in the back. This all came out to be around $85. I would recommend signing up on their website to become a member so you can enjoy the pleasantries of rewards! they usually give out free gifts with a certain amount purchase, which is pretty cool. Most recently they had an event where they would hide a golden egg in April. The golden eggs were in a hidden spot all over the store and the customers were given hints for each day in order to find said egg. I unfortunately did not find an egg but it was super fun. There were 4 eggs for each day, each egg with a different amount of money to use towards a purchase. Off the top of my head, it was $20, $50, $100. I forgot the fourth egg, but you get the jist. Also, once you come in they have complimentary coffee and tea for you to try. These are actually products that they sell in store so I would recommend checking it out and giving it a try.
