I was told that the cart was only sold along with the 2 chairs next to it & I was quoted a price for the set. I took measurements & went home to see if it would work. When I called in the next day to purchase the set I was told a completely different (higher) price. I informed the associate on the phone that I had been quoted the day before a lower price by not one but two other associates. She said that she would have the manager call me which never happened......so after 5 days I called them & I was told that they would not honor the price that I had been quoted. I have now read other reviews and see that this seems to be a pattern with this store......my advise "stay away".

Beware of added costs that may have been "overlooked" in the initial quote process. Adding almost $400 two months after the initial quote is unacceptable. To sum up my review: workmanship amazing but customer service 0…read more I have had several items made for my home when it was constructed. 20 years later my wife wanted a custom gate for the front. A stop by the office to meet with the lady at the desk and schedule the first appointment. The owner came out and did measurements. I went out and saw him and discuss what I was looking to get for a custom gate that would also prevent my three little dogs from going through it. After he was done with his measurements he left without ever saying anything to me. About a month later I called to find out what the status was and was told that he was getting the design together and will be sending it to me soon. Shortly after that I received an email with the design and my wife and I returned back to the office to discuss changes to that design to make sure that our little dogs cannot go through the gate. A month later they scheduled a "final measurement appointment" but did not show up on that appointment day. We were notified that he was busy and would be rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately no one showed up on that day either. He must have stopped by because a few more months later I was told they were ready for a down payment and to finalize the plan. We again stoped by the office and discussed things with the ladies and put our down payment in. A few more months later and I called to find out how things were progressing. Finishing soon then will call me to schedule the install. I called another month later and made the appointment for the Instal. I called the morning of the install to make sure we were still a go and was told "sorry they were behind and would have to reschedule the next week. Today called again to confirm and YES. They will be out after noon. Checked in at 3 and still going. At 5 I received a call to ask if I still wanted to get it installed today or first thing in the morning. This was my only day off so they did install it @5pm. They were very good and did a great job. The gait looks great and will be looking good for decades to come.

It's taken me 5 yrs to post this review and obviously I should have posted it a long time ago. We…read moreordered plantation shutters for our windows and for a 3-door slider door for the patio. First, they didn't get our order correct. We ordered the "Hidden Tilt" and that's not what we received. We were told that's not what we ordered but we were able to prove we did with a copy of our order so we were reimbursed for that issue. They offered to not install and take them back to a shop to fix but after waiting weeks for delivery we decided to just keep what they delivered. The shutters for the windows were great. No complaints. My real complaint is with the shutters for the sliders. We have 3 wide glass door sliders and the company apparently doesn't know how to install them. The shutters are very heavy and need to be reinforced in the middle, which they didn't do so not only does our middle shutter sit0020on the floor, it's nearly impossible to slide. Because the top is slightly deflected or bowed in the middle, the two side shutters do not sit properly either. We have big daylight gaps in parts and overlap in other parts. They had to install the side frames out of plumb by 2 inches at the bottom than the top so daylight would not show to compensate for the bowed middle. After the first attempt at installation, they were horrendous and the installer said that was the best he could do. Quickly after the installation we called the company and complained. They sent the same installer again and he made them a little better but said we had to decide which horrible look we wanted and keep it that way. But the dragging on the floor panels got worse over time. My husband has been adjusting them as much as he can, which by the way the installer told us we would need to do. We've had it that way for almost 5 years and I just can't stand looking at it and not being able to use anymore. A few months ago, my husband called and asked about getting them fixed. We were told that since it's been 5 years it would cost $75 to have someone come and just look at them and then $75 per hour if we had them worked on. My husband pushed back but was told by the company that they've installed many of them in the last 5 years without any complaints. I find that hard to believe or they've actually learned how to install them in those past 5 years. Either way, they should at least send someone out to look at them and correct since they should be able to see in our record that we weren't happy. In my opinion these shouldn't be sold if they can't be installed properly so my warning is to not order these blinds from this company for wide slider plantation style shutters.
