They are a family owned business and are highly recommended for their professionalism and quality of their mattresses. I had to see for myself since I was looking for two mattresses, one for my master and one for the quest bedroom. We were immediately greeted by Jack and I told him exactly what I was looking for and wanted. Jack was very attentive and personable. He showed me several for both the master and guest room. I asked many questions since I had done my research and had being searching for quite some time . He showed me models of the construction of each mattress and pointed out the differences in each one I tried out. I was looking for extra firm for both mattresses. After much jumping from one mattress to another. I made my decision on both. 1 queen set Chiropactor's Dream and 1 queen set certified Orthopedic White Diamond. Even Chelsea, the owners daughter came into the finalization of the purchase to make sure to point out some other key factors to consider before I bought. Her input was key to me reconsidering the exact firmness of the mattress. The whole experience was pleasant and very enjoyable for all of us. I was told to sleep on it for 2 week telling me that it was firmer than I though. After the two weeks I called to let FOX Mattress know it was still saggy and not good for my back. The man I spoke to told me there was nothing they would do to make it right. I told him we will let the court decide that. The next day a woman called me and told me she was the owner and that she was sending me the firm mattress. Now another week has gone by and the firm mattress has not shown up. After discussing what we were looking for he put us in the right location and after explaining to him the few important features we were looking for and that we would like to browse the showroom without assistance he gladly honored our request and let us know where he would be if we had any questions. As with any furniture selection color is important but we knew we would have to be open minded being we weren't looking to replace all our living room furnishings. Our existing recliners have served us well and although they operate 100% manually - prior to starting our search we knew there would likely be options available that may not have been available a decade ago. Timing is everything and since the Fourth of July holiday is approaching we knew it was likely that every retail furniture store worth shopping would be having their annual holiday sale and we found that to be the case here. After doing some due diligence we had identified what was important to us - definitely real leather, powered verse a manual operation in regards to the leg rest, the head rest and lumbar support any additional options we would deal with through discovery. The only positive is that I got to change it to two singles = king equivalent. The bad news? They never contacted me to tell me when the new one arrived I had to call for several weeks to get an answer. Then the dust covers never showed up! After one month they are still "enroute?"
