I especially want to recognize my sales associate, Dawn DePascal. Dawn was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and took the time to explain the differences between each one, including what each mattress offered and which options might best suit my needs. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable. Working with someone who knows her products so well and takes pride in helping customers is truly a pleasure. Havertys has a real gem in Dawn DePascal. She is an excellent representative of the company, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

I decided to keep it rather than endure another month-plus wait for a replacement. I'm simply exhausted by the process. The couch's durability remains to be seen. What's more frustrating is that I ordered a leather recliner 72 days ago, and the company now tells me it won't arrive until next year. Getting the feeling I'll never see it. This experience has shown me that this retailer's "in stock" claim means very little. Expect significant delays even on supposedly available items, and don't anticipate white-glove delivery service. The company appears to have serious operational issues that extend well beyond shipping times. Stay Away!

They are so knowledgeable about the products where it comes from and they do support American made products. You know I could go on and on about how great this place is but do yourself a favor if you're looking for a sofa rugs any kind of home Decore it looks small from the outside but once you go inside you'll see it is packed full with couches that you can try and sit on and you have a ton of fabrics that you can choose to pick and put on the couch. So do yourself a favor it looks small on the outside but it's packed full of awesome customer service and really really good prices and like I said the couches that they get are from well-known made companies. I just went back in after 19 years to buy four more couches.

We were looking for a place that was open for some thrifting on a Sunday and we ran into this. I hadn't heard of it before and was so happy we stumbled upon it. The person running the shop when we visited was this extremely kind music producer. He was easy to talk to and really kind. There were several rooms filled with unique and beautiful things. I love how this store is a combo of an antique store and used record store. You can find the music in the back. We found some really pretty things. Do know this place isn't cheap, you can end up spending high prices, but there are quality pieces. I've been wanting to buy a pair of rollerskates for a long time and ran into a pair that were my size. I took that as a sign and decided to take them home with me. I'd recommend checking this charming shop out, just know that the prices are higher, but it's a great collection of stuff.

The "leather" couch I purchased is now falling apart (see attached pictures). I went to the store yesterday and was told that my warranty that I purchased only covered accidents and not quality of the couch. The lady that I spoke to didn't really want to have anything to do with me and told me this is a "La-Z-Boy problem"and I needed to call them directly. I called La-Z-Boy today and they said they only guarantee their product for one year, so basically they will not help with anything. I have had leather furniture from this company in the past and never had an issue. My couch is 4 years old and is now falling apart, so basically, I am out $6,000. Beware when purchasing from this company!

While…read moreout shopping, I received a text stating that the recliner would arrive in 1 hour and 14 minutes. On my way home (about 45 minutes before delivery was supposed to occur), I received a text from an inhabitant of my home (whom was not authorized to sign for anything) stating that it had already been delivered. Today, I inspected the recliner to find scratches all over the frame and patches of leather missing from all 4 corners. 1. I did not sign for this sofa, and this company allowed an unauthorized person to sign for it without inspection prior to the delivery time AND they never even called my phone. 2. I called La Z Boy's customer service line and got no one, called the local line where I ordered the recliner (4 times and a voicemail before an answer) and the person I spoke with told me she "couldn't do anything about it once it was signed for". This same sales person is who I bought the recliner from in August. I spoke candidly with her about my personal life, my time in the military, and my deceased mother for over an hour. What a sales tactic! 3. I refuse to call anyone else. I paid for this "made to order" custom piece, sight unseen, in total, the day that I ordered it three months ago. I don't want your repairs. I want my money back and nothing else to do with lazy boys. I'm currently awaiting the outcome for a disputed claim with my credit card company if the complaint I made with the BBB doesn't yield results. I won't make purchases from a company that operates this way. This "high end" recliner was supposed to replace one that I purchased elsewhere and it was substantially lower priced with better quality. Never ever again.

Once given to her she asked for a photo ID and I had to go back to my car for it. The purpose of online pickup is to be faster than an in store shopping experience. The time it took standing around, getting the run around and interacting with the unprofessional associate... I could have walked in the store found my item and checked out at the register way faster as that was the only line moving efficiently with ample help. I do not plan to return to this location due to her negative attitude around me questioning why I needed an ID after presenting the name, having a barcode ready (that was never asked for) considering my name is very unique and the chances of anyone coming to get the order, on this specific day/time/at that very location, who wasn't myself or spouse, would be very random and unlikely to happen. Horrible interaction with this person. Truly lacked communication and customer service skills especially for someone in leadership. She could learn a great deal from her employees who set a way better example than she did.
