Do not trust the sales rep to tell you everything you need to know about being able to return your bed. It is going to cost us roughly $2000 to return this bed within the 100 night trial. We were told it would be $200. But he did not point out that I was signing that it would be an additional $1700 loss if I wanted to return it. Shame on us for not reading ever word. Do not make the same mistake. Do not trust this staff. They are about making a sale and a profit. They are NOT concerned about customer relations. Special shout to Matt who was condescending and rude when I called to discuss my frustrations. They have lost a customer and gained a very vocal unsatisfied customer.

We checked out Sleep Number a few times, and this location was really really helpful and low-key. The salesperson often called us to notify us of sales, and when we were ready to buy, we were happy to return. Our salesperson spent some more time with us, making sure we had the right items for us, and we purchased our bed on a Saturday. Maybe it was our good luck, but the bed was delivered the following Friday -- not even a week's wait! The delivery people were AWESOME. They gave us a call when they were about an hour away, and they set up the bed in about 10 minutes. We've had the bed less than a week now, but I already notice a difference. I know Sleep Number might not be for everyone, but if you are interested in purchasing, I can highly recommend this location.

After many months of juggling dates, misinformation, and putting off deliveries, we finally got our bed only to find that they had brought the wrong adjustable frame. Calling the distributor and Sealy got us a run around and we had to go back to Zane to get it straightened out. Zane got better frames from Tempurpedic and delivered them personally to our home and set them up. I have NEVER had such personal service and accountability in a retail outfit EVER.
