Robert and Casey are so knowledgeable, they were willing to walk me through every step of the process, listen to the way I sleep and the problems with my current setup. I felt really taken care of, and I'm getting the best sleep I've had in years. I knew I needed a new mattress, but the pillows they helped me pick out have also been a huge improvement. Jerry didn't crowd me or try to escort me through the store the way some salespeople do at other stores. He introduced himself and let me browse. We did have some questions along the way and he was happy to assist, but no high pressure or even suggestive selling. He was always available but left us alone. Finally we decided on a sofa and Jerry explained the features and benefits of the sectional we chose. He explained financing options and the warranty. After taking our order the manager came by to double check that all the information was correct and to thank us for our business. I highly recommend Bob's if you're in the market for furniture. They have a huge selection and very competitive prices. I researched the item I ordered online at other furniture stores and I got the best price at Bob's!

I got the Goof Proof plan they sell you, which is an absolute fraud. The phone chargers went out on it after a year and they said they can't replace it so they gave me a voucher to replace it. I think go to Bob's and there is nothing they can replace it with. Of course the people that sell you the plan can't help you.. its outsourced. And trying to get ahold of the company to resolve it is a nightmare. I'll never buy anything from here again.

When I raised the issue, I requested a reasonable solution--either a partial discount or store credit. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, the delivery team offered a bottle of cleaner to "fix" the issue themselves. I declined, as I paid for a new sofa, not something that requires cleaning upon arrival. What followed was even more disappointing. I asked to speak with a manager, and the delivery driver contacted someone named Jacob, who was identified as the store manager. The driver clearly informed Jacob that he was on speaker and that I, the customer, could hear the conversation. Despite that, Jacob responded in an extremely unprofessional manner--raising his voice, refusing to speak with me, and stating that I was "wasting his time." This level of disrespect toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. This experience reflects poorly not only on customer service, but also on the company's accountability and quality control. Selling defective items is one issue--but refusing to resolve it respectfully and professionally is far worse. I strongly urge the company to address both their product quality standards and the behavior of their management team. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, especially when legitimate concerns are raised.

The doors wouldn't close correctly because the delivery person didn't adjust it to close correctly. That took a month to get someone out to fix. He didn't put the shelves in correctly and just stacked them up inside for me to install. They use 3rd party delivery people and they are not at all knowledgeable about installation. Do not buy the Pieratts Warranty. They are booking a month out, not enough service technicians to meet demand! They sell you the Allstate Warranty which you can buy yourself and get Appliance Pros to fix any repairs needed. Much better deal!!! I Do not recommend you buy from Pieratts!

I asked for a replacement. That was a huge ask for them. Had to stay on them to get that. It took 5-6 phone calls over a week or more. Yesterday, I got a message it was in and coming today 10am - 2pm. I called to verify. YES! It's coming. I arranged folks to be there. No word today. So, I called again to verify... after upsetting 3 house holds to have a person there for the delivery. The 5th time this has happened. . . over a damn dishwasher. I was only on hold for 12 minutes this time at least. I was told NOPE. Not coming today. That was a message for service to come fix the first one... you should have known that. The delivery is now 15th. Don't Buy from HERE! I wanted to buy local, from the place my great grandparents bought their first TV. NOPE. Screw it. See you at Lowes next time.

He had just returned from vacation and the company had changed with website while he was gone. We chatted for awhile but it took him longer to straighten out the order. We went home and he called shortly after saying he got everything fixed. I went back to the store and within 1/2 hour he has us fixed. 0% interest on a 5 year loan means low monthly payments which we greatly appreciated. For years I've wanted to purchase a new mattress for our guest bedroom. Finally this summer in…read moreanticipation of occupying that room myself after scheduled knee surgery we made it a priority of getting a comfortable mattress for that room. The mattress we currently had felt something like sleeping on a concrete slab due to its extra firmness. Sleep Outfitters was extremely accommodating with my repeat visits of trying the beds that we were considering. The manager encouraged resting on the different beds. When I asked for her opinion she said beds are a matter of personal opinion and she did not want to sway my choice. She did educate us on the difference between types of mattresses (traditional, memory foam, and hybrid), She also educated us on the available frames and their features. Finally I had my choice down to just two mattresses. At that point she also informed us that purchases have a 120 day trial period and if I really couldn't decide it is best to purchase the lower cost mattress and pay the difference if we decided to change our minds. If we downgraded from the most expensive they would trade it out but not refund the difference in cost. I was pretty confident in my choice and it was a Sterns & Foster Hybrid Mattress with memory foam and coils that was soft but not too soft. When it came time to complete that sale the manager worked with us on the best price she could offer. We knew we were shopping during a sales period so we got that price. In addition since my husband works for the State she was able to apply an additional 10 percent discount. She clearly went over the warranty on the bed. Then the final stage was to schedule a delivery date. We were able to specify a date that worked for us. Delivery went very smooth. The men removed our old mattress and box springs and set up the adjustable base inside the antique bed frame that we have. Then they topped it with the hybrid bed and delivered the spill proof mattress cover. Woohoo, I am happy as can be with our purchase. It is like sleeping on a cloud. We'll be back to buy the exact same mattress for our master bedroom during the week long Black Friday Sale in November.

This being said, I had seen multiple commercials advertising a "moving sale". I highly doubt they were moving but thought it might signal good prices and open the door for negotiations. I am one of those people who refuse to pay full price unless absolutely necessary. So, I got on their website and looked at a few recliners. I then sent an email inquiring about the quality of the leather. I also asked what the cash price was for it. This was on July 30th; I NEVER received any response and the email did not "bounce back". It is obvious to me that they do not want to do any legwork to sell anything. Very disappointed because I really wanted a new chair. After checking other Suffs reviews, I will be shocked if I ever hear back from anybody. Sad, somebody could have made a nice sale as I was looking at both a Stickley rocker and Lazy Boy recliner.

We purchased a Sealy Lavina II King mattress from the New Circle Road store in April 2022. We knew…read moresomething was wrong within 5 months. The mattress started to have dips where both of us slept. We rotated the mattress and within 3 months the same thing occurred. We decided to purchase a 3" Gel foam to help with the dips we were experiencing. That did not work either. We tried to contact Freddy and received the runaround. We knew we were taken and should have read the Yelp reviews before purchasing from Mattress Overstock. We continued to rotate the mattress for another year every 6 months. We were not sleeping well at night so we moved to another bed in our home for 4 months to get good sleep. When our daughter came home for a weekend we decided to move back to our King because we were using her bed. Before sleeping we pulled the mattress off and looked at the box springs. Both of them were crushed and the ends were pushed out. Our solution was to put a 3/4" board on both box springs and we will see how that goes. We would not recommend Mattress Overstock. Sealy needs to reconsider using them as a retailer because the company may get a bad name and it is not Sealy's fault.
