From the moment I walked in, Daniel Rojas was everything a customer could want in a sales rep. He was friendly and welcoming but not the least bit overbearing. He was highly informed but didn't pummel me with information. He patiently answered all the many questions I had. He made it clear that he would support me in any way possible when it came to order and delivery. Sattva couldn't compete with Daniel's customer service or the product he offered, so I bought the mattress that day. I felt good about my purchase and even better when the package arrived right on schedule, and I actually got to sleep on the mattress. What a game-changer for my back! It's a great value for the price, and Daniel made sure I got all the discounts that were available. I had a couple of post-purchase follow-up questions and Daniel blew me away with his responsiveness and helpfulness. I mean, he really should be coaching others about how to be a world-class sleep specialist. Because of Daniel (and my Dream mattress!), I'm now a raving fan of Casper. Daniel was so sweet and helpful. Using a dolly, he brought my items to a curb-side pick-up. I was able to just pull up with my car and he loaded the items inside my vehicle as well! I am home now and, after wrestling the dog bed into assembly, I can confidently say that my dog loves his new bed. I didn't even have to coax him into laying on it and it doesn't look like he cares about his old bed anymore, lol. He literally laid on his new dog bed 5 seconds after I put it on the floor! Parking is available throughout UTC, but the first hour is free and then it's $2 per hour afterward, so just be aware of that if you plan on staying awhile. I had never been to this location before, although I'm usually shopping around Pottery Barn, so I was familiar with the overall aesthetic of really nice, higher end furniture. They have some really beautiful and unique pieces, especially their couches, and there's even an upstairs area to explore. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service here has been pretty inconsistent. I've noticed this multiple times when coming in, especially when I'm wearing gym clothes after going to 24 Hour Fitness nearby. There have been several occasions where staff are sitting at their desks or walking around and don't acknowledge me at all. On the other hand, I've also visited on a Sunday while dressed up and have been greeted by staff. I actually noticed another Yelp Elite mention a similar experience, which was interesting because I've personally noticed this quite a few times as well. Overall, I really like the furniture and think they have some beautiful, unique pieces, but the inconsistent customer service is what would keep me from coming back. I just wish the experience felt a little more welcoming and consistent for everyone who walks in.

They asked real questions about how we live in the space instead of steering us toward whatever they wanted to move, and the recommendations were better for it. We walked out having spent more than we intended, and I don't regret a dollar of it. That's what happens when the experience is good enough to change your mind. Then the delivery team showed up and matched it. George, Tony, and Griffin were professional and careful from the moment they walked in. Everything was unpacked, wiped down, and set in place properly, and they took every empty box with them on the way out. Nothing left for us to deal with. Compared to Pottery Barn and RH, the furniture is built better and the service isn't close. This is our furniture store now.
