When I finally tracked down the manager in person, he was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me on a rug that didn't fit the room it was purchased for. The lack of customer support was especially disappointing given the owner's assurances and the high price point of their products. If you shop here, bring your own tape measure and do not rely on staff advice. Only purchase if you are absolutely certain the rug will fit, because all sales are final.

They trimmed the carpet back & needed to re-install a small patch of Marmoleum next to the pocket door. They finished very quickly so my husband asked "done already?" They commented "we are professionals". The day after they left the Marmoleum warped upwards. They did not install it properly & only applied adhesive around perimeter of each Marmoleum plank. My husband had to buy the tools he needed to re-do it himself!
