During my search, I had begun to think this would be impossible to find! Susan McGeorge was my design consultant and she did a fabulous job. She was understanding of the whole situation and very respectful of me and my time. She understood what I needed in regards to space, look, and function. I am used to wheeling and dealing at estate sales and thrift stores, so buying full-priced furniture is not quite up my alley. I had not even planned to make a purchase that day, but Susan made sure I had the time and information I needed to make the choice. The delivery process was easy and I am so pleased with the result. Although Bassett is on the pricey side, I literally could not find a sofa that worked anywhere else, so, to me, it was well worth it. My sofa is comfortable, attractive, and fits perfectly in my home. I highly recommend Susan and Bassett to anyone for their next furniture purchase.

Unlike most furniture stores where a salesperson "stalks" you while you browse the store, this team introduces themselves and allows you to walk around and shop freely. While I did receive some of the furniture, I am still waiting on my dining table. After the 5/20 date was missed I was told it would be here by end of May. I called end of May and was told early June. Obviously I had to cancel my party. Then when June came around I was told it would be first week of July. Then a glimmer of hope .....I received a call around June 7 from my salesperson (Diane) stating the table was unloading and I should have it within a week or so. As such I reschedule my party for 6/29. After all this , a week later I find out that even though the table is here it cannot be delivered to the shipper for another two weeks due to current truckloads being full!. Come on guys.....this is ridiculous. I find it hard to believe you cannot get one table on the next truck after all my previous delays. Horrible customer service! Once again I am canceling my dinner party thanks to Arhaus taking no accountability for doing what they promised. I have called 3 times this week with no one being able to make what they promised happen. Obviously I will never purchase from them again and I am unable to give a good recommendation to family and friends. Improve your delivery logistics , do what you promise, or at least compensate the customer for their aggravation and loses.

I paid over four thousand dollars for a reclining Lazy Boy sofa a year and a half ago. It recently…read morestarted making a popping noise on one side when reclining. I contacted the Lazy Boy warranty dept and was told that I would be charged around $150 minimum for the first hour of labor and would also have to pay shipping cost for the parts. I reluctantly agreed and when the technician came to install the part, he informed me that the parts ordered were not what would fix the popping noise. He wrote an order for the correct parts and two weeks later I was contacted by Lazy Boy and told that the cost for labor and parts to repair the popping noise would be approximately two thousand dollars! For a year and a half old sofa that has only been used lightly by one person. I could have just bought any other reclining sofa and disposed of it and bought a replacement several times over for the cost of the Lazy Boy. The quality of Lazy Boy products is no longer what it used to be and the warranty is worthless.
