I called RPS and a pleasant gentleman answered the phone (within 3 rings!). I explained the situation of the constant leaking of my faucet and I probably needed to replace the valve. As I did not have a part number and had no idea of a model number. All that I knew was that it was a Grohe "ceramic" valve. This person said they carried some Grohe parts and to bring it in so he could see if he had it. Today when I went to their store, the clerk at the counter looked at it and immediately went to the back and found the exact part! Needless to say: Completely blown away with the knowledge and service received today. Don't go anywhere else if you need plumbing parts or equipment in Richmond. Richmond Plumbing Specialties, Inc. is going to be you final destination. I called some other local plumbing supply places but, did not get the support that RPS gave me (that's if they even answer the phone-frankly I was so fed up with automated menu selections, that I NEVER got to speak with a "real" human being) They were rated 4.8 on Google. When I described our system to him, he recommended that I call a repair person to see if it was repairable for about 1/5 the cost of a new system.
