Initially I found the mattress through fb post and was a little skeptic just like everyone else, but I am glad they have a store and got a chance to see the product in person and meet the owner Manny. He was very friendly, professional and also was not pushy at all. He was upfront with his policy and said we if paid in cash we would even save in taxes (which we did). Few days later, he got the mattress I wanted and called me... so we end up buying it and got it delivered same week. During delivery they even removed their shoes to take the mattress upstairs and that speaks about these guys being very professional. What I first thought to be a great deal and good customer service turned out to be untrue. Manuel Felix & his partner, Jackie, first present themselves as kind and welcoming. My partner knew them and recommended I check them out. I went in with intention to buy a mattress, possibly two, if the cost was right. Since the second matress wasn't for myself, I only bought the one and they hooked it up with delivery. Great...up until I tried to make the 2nd purchase. They claimed they would inform me when they got more and that it would be soon. (About a couple of weeks.) Ok, not a problem. That is, until they ignored me when I tried to check the status of the restock. After checking in and getting no response from them I took my business elsewhere. They didn't respond until months after the fact! Their communication was utterly lacking and unprofessional. I was disappointed with the entire exchange. Avoid this company at all cost!! Avoid this company at all cost!!! They sold me a bed base that was meant to be "hospitality" quality that has collapsed within 6 months. The bed had very little use so this made no sense. They offered no refund, or replacement product despite pictures being sent. The manner with which they dealt with the issue was rude and condescending and I was told to buy my bed from John Lewis. If the bed based collapsing was unusual situation then you would think that the company would replace it.
