Where do I start?? Came back in June with my hubby and bought a split king. John assisted us and explained how that mattress has some type of warranty where if we weren't satisfied, we could exchange it within a year and well; after a month, I decided I wasn't digging it. I kept falling into the split and it just became uncomfortable. Today I called the mattress store to exchange my mattresses for a non-split king. John helped me again and set me up for the exchange without a hitch. No trouble, hassle free experience. He even let me off the phone and emailed everything to me as a receipt because i was driving at the moment. I really was impressed! Wow...just wow....this place needs to hire honest employees. My family went to this location about a week ago to purchase some items. While speaking to Dennis, he told my family that they have a deal going with pillows. He said "Buy 2 for only $100". He never said which ones is specific, all he said was that there is deals on the pillows in general. My mom asked for the pillows that stay the cold why sleeping on them. He brought over 3 different pillows. After showing us the 3 of them my mom selected the best one of those three. He offered this deal without us asking about it. As a result we selected 1 of the 3 pillows he showed us. After the transaction of almost $6,000, we left happy with the deal we got. Dennis expressed that the pillows will be delivered to our home. Once the pillows arrived to our home, right away we were able to tell these pillows were completely different from the ones we chose. We called Dennis and told him he sent us the wrong pillows. We took the pillows to him. After we asked to see the pillows he showed us last time he only grabbed two and brought them to us. We told him, no, you showed us 3 please bring me the other one as well. He explained that he only brought us two. That is a complete lie. We even told him to look at the camera footage to see him show us the 3 different types of pillows. Dennis said he can not help us so we will need to contact customer service to get the correct pillows. After talking to customer service they explained to us that we will need to pay $140 per pillow. That is ridiculous. We were given a deal and Dennis was not able to keep his word. He needs to be held responsible and correct this wrong. This will be the last time we do business with these thieves and liars. Stay away. read more

The service at the store was good, my issue is with the delivery service. They give you a 3 hour window, with no option to change. My window was from 10:30am-1:30pm which didn't work for me due to my daughters school schedule. I asked if I can get a time after 1:30pm and got an immediate no, without checking. I'm writing my review a bit late... I was waiting for my bed to be delivered and actually sleep on it a few times to give an honest review. Keith Palafox made it both easy and difficult for us to shop for a mattress. Easy because he let us browse and answered all our questions. Hard because he kept showing us amazing mattress after another. In the end, we went with the California King Dreamcloud. Our mattress was delivered three days later and delivery was a breeze! They also removed our old mattress for free which I loved. The day we went was end of January so they had an amazing RED TAG Sale! We love our California King. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night and my partner and I wake up well rested. We love showing our friends our brand new bed, we even have them lay down to test it out. One thing I wish we would've known, it's very hard to find sheets that fit California King mattresses but there's many that fit a King. So just something to think about if you're debating between a Cal King or King. Overall, great experience for first time mattress shoppers!
