He was very friendly, professional and also was not pushy at all. He was upfront with his policy and said we if paid in cash we would even save in taxes (which we did). Few days later, he got the mattress I wanted and called me... so we end up buying it and got it delivered same week. During delivery they even removed their shoes to take the mattress upstairs and that speaks about these guys being very professional. I am def referring a lot of my peeps here and will be buying from Sleep Kings going fwd. Yes, the mattress are brand new and great savings def. Keep up the great customer service and we are certainly enjoying our ProBreeze Hybrid King size! Thank you Manny and team.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience at Jerome's Furniture. We ordered a split king bed,…read moreand the delivery process has been a complete nightmare from the start. The order arrived timely in two days, only to find out the base for our king split bed was incomplete. Things like this happen and it's understandable. However when I talked to customer service we were connected to Jessica, who was remarkably rude and unsympathetic to our situation. We then had to sleep on the floor for another two days. Today the base arrived. So happy, but only to find out that it doesn't work. I am now dreading the quality of the merchandise we just invested in. Save yourself the hassle and pay a little extra and go somewhere else!

After years of sleeping on a mattress on the floor, I was more than ready to find the perfect bed…read more I knew what I wanted. I wanted a storage bed with drawers but I didn't want it to just be exposed wood. I found Lovely Furnishings via Etsy on my search. I really liked their beds and they were definitely first on my list but I took a while to really make my decision. So I decided to start my search about them. Unfortunately their was hardly anything. No about me on their website and reviews were scarce and I saw a bad review by one user posted all over where they could. I saw that they had an address so I figured they may have a showroom and drive to it since it's not too far from where I live. I kept calling the number I found on their site but it didn't sound like my calls were going through. I stopped calling but a few minutes later I received a call from Carlos who explained to me the address was their business location and not a showroom. We spent quite a few minutes going over the details of the bed and he made sure to be very specific and give me any information I needed. I provided my email to him where he answered any questions or concerns I had. I decided to take the plunge after his great customer service and purchase the Tiffany 8-drawer upholstered grey bed with no headboard. (I will include all photos he sent There was some miscommunication about when the bed would be ready, I had thought it would be ready to go within a week but he had to build the bed from scratch and it would take 4 weeks. I was bummed because I had bought a new mattress and wanted the bed to arrive first. I expressed this concern to Carlos and he made sure to expedite the build and delivery. I finally received the call from Carlos yesterday that the bed was ready and told me he could deliver yesterday night. I was ecstatic and said YES! my mattress wouldn't be coming till Monday so the timing was perfect. He had also told me he made sure to deliver it the night before our rainy storm would begin and last until the next week to make sure I got my bed before that and not wait another week. How great is he?! Carlos provided above and beyond customer service through out the whole process. He addressed all questions and concerns. He expedited the build, and he even delivered it and installed it free of charge. If you are lucky enough to reside in the California area, you will have the pleasure to meet this awesome business owner and I'd tell you, make the purchase with Lovely Furnishings. You won't regret it!!

Avengers Assemble! Shopping for a bed usually feels like the…read moreBattle of New York... chaotic, stressful, and you just want to call in the Hulk to smash everything. But Matt at this store is basically the Captain America of sleep (meaning totally reliable and actually has a plan. He gave us an experience that was worthy of Mjolnir, not that villainous high-pressure sales tactic you get from Hydra agents at other places. He was super patient while we tried a ton of mattresses... analyzing the comfort levels like Tony Stark tweaking the Mark 85 armor until it was perfect (Iron Man rockss!) We actually planned to visit two other stores after this (exploring the Multiverse lol) but we cancelled them. Matt was that good. The Gear: We ended up buying the top of the line Tempur-Pedic and the Smart Base. * I've had Tempur-Pedic pillows since the First Avenger ( that's Cap, in case you don't recall) came out, so I knew the tech was solid. * But having the full bed + electric base? It's like sleeping in the Regeneration Cradle in Age of Ultron. Too bad I couldn't wake from that as the Vision * The sleep is deep. uninterrupted. I feel like I just came out of the ice like Cap every morning: ready to go and "I can do this all day..." Also, Matt's follow-through is legendary. He didn't just vanish after the sale like the Thanos Snap. He was responsive with questions all the way through delivery. felt like having Jarvis in our corner. AndnJarvis is indeed part of The Vision as well. We definitely need more people like him. If you need sleep, go see Matt. But make sure you wake up if they assemble the Avengers. Love you 3000 Mattress Firm! 5 Stars.
