We came to the Sleep Factory and met with Sergio. He took the time to show us all the mattresses in the store and customized our experience based on our needs. We finally settled on a Serta mattress and he gave us a good deal for it. He was kind enough to loan us a mattress temporarily (we kept the plastic on) - until our order came in as it was not in stock at the time of purchase. Highly recommend, Serg is a great salesman and even better guy. Thanks Serg for all your help, will definitely be returning soon for our future mattress needs.

But, what it lacks in selection it makes up in convenience. Let's be real here people - a bed is a bed. How many matresses do you need to try to find one you like? Unless you're sleeping beauty and won't be getting it out of it 'till your prince comes (let me know how that goes). I went in on a Thursday night and it was empty, so the store didn't feel cramped at all. Pat, the sales lady, was great - she asked me how I slept, what kind of mattress I had at home and if I liked it, then showed me 5 or 6 different mattresses that would suit my needs. She even got me to lay on the opposite of what would be good for me (a stomach sleeper) to see the difference. She then left me to lie on the beds for as long as I liked (at least until closing) with no pressure to close the sale. I was even able to put a refundable downpayment on a mattress in case I needed to downgrade to a double. When I needed to do that (damn small condos) a few days later, there was no problem getting that changed. They also delivered promptly and you can pay upon delivery. All in all and awesome experience. And the mattress is fantastic as well.

I let them know about this & asked them if I could expect delivery on time (1 week) because of the situation. They assured me they would take care of me. I was desperate because my nerves were raw from days of sleep deprivation & fitful sleep. When they finally came to deliver the mattress, they did not use a professional delivery service. But it seemed like it was their family members who did the delivering. One guy arrived on time & the other guy was late. The guy who did arrive had the nerve to ask me if I could help! I paid for delivery & set up of the mattress. When they put the mattress in the room, I asked if they would set it up because that was included. And the first man who had arrived set up the frame very reluctantly, saying, all you have to do is this! And he pulled the frame open & locked it into place abruptly. They were very unprofessional! Within 27 hours of entering their warehouse location, I had my new queen size mattress delivered on time at an amazing price! They had floor models on clearance which made it super affordable. But even their regular prices are 50% off. And it's only $55 for the delivery of the new mattress and curb-side movement of my old mattress. Super efficient and lovely people to deal with. Highly recommend them. And a HUGE selection of every kind of mattress that you can imagine - from top end to basic. And you can try them all out for as long as you want.

Extremely disappointing experience with National Mattress…read more I purchased a NEW Sealy Posturepedic mattress from National Mattress and paid more than $400 for delivery. When Day & Ross attempted delivery, the shipment was in poor condition. More importantly, the mattress itself was visibly soiled and damaged, including the pillow-top fabric. I took photographs documenting the condition. I refused delivery because I had ordered a new mattress and was not prepared to accept one in that condition. The mattress was taken back by Day & Ross and was never accepted or used by me. I immediately contacted National Mattress customer support, provided photographs, and requested a full refund, including the $400+ delivery charge. I initially received no meaningful response despite following up. After I posted a Google review, the owner of National Mattress responded publicly, acknowledging that the condition of the mattress did not meet their standards and stating that someone would contact me regarding my refund. A National Mattress store representative subsequently called me. I again explained that I had refused delivery and had photographs documenting the condition. The representative told me that he was unaware of what was happening with customer support and was not aware of my previous correspondence or photographs. I was then told that National Mattress would not process my refund until Day & Ross returned the mattress to National Mattress. I find the handling of this situation appalling. I purchased and paid for a NEW mattress, refused delivery because it arrived visibly soiled and damaged, and never accepted or used it. I understand that National Mattress may want to investigate the shipment with Day & Ross, but that is an issue between National Mattress and its delivery partner. It should not require me to wait for their carrier investigation before receiving my refund. I am seeking a full refund of everything I paid, including the $400+ delivery charge. I have initiated a credit-card dispute and filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario. I will update this review if and when the matter is finally resolved.

Returned since our first experience had been so positive. We were very pleased with the selection, the sales associate's knowledge and her guiding us to mattresses within our stated budget.
