Tech finds out that there was additional work needed and calls customer support himself to book for the replacement and told me that since it it's outside of warranty I need to pay for that additional part. Fine, so be it. At this point I'm 1 month in with a broken bed frame. Call customer support myself to confirm if there was any possibility of additional part cost to be waived or reduced. I was told that this would be escalated and I would get a call back. No call back, after 7 days called again myself and was told they would re-escalate and I would get a call back in 2 days. no call. Called back on the 10 day since the tech visit. Advised customer care that I have been waiting for decision just to be told right away no reduction or parts would be waived... fine, asked for invoice to be sent, they don't even have the catalogue for their own customer care team to confirm the cost for the part and told me they will call in 2-3 days to confirm, JUST FOR THR COST. I have been waiting a month and a half to get my bed fixed out of my own pocket. Lawl these guys are a joke. If you plan to buy expensive furniture. Find a boutique store with better customer care/ support. Not these brick and motor circus.

A lot of products come out of the USA and manufacturers have had to deal with plant closings due to outbreaks and all other manner of of issues. Some product lines have been condensed and only certain models are available. It took a little over 3 months to get our order. First of all, big thanks to our sales person Tina who was so patient with us and worked tirelessly to get us settled. When she called me to say that the unit was in, I was over the moon! I know she really cares about her customers. Thank you Tina!! And to the delivery crew who were just great - also a big shout out. They were very careful taking the old dryer out and the new dryer down to our basement. They also followed COVID protocols and were masked up etc. So folks- don't be afraid to get from these guys - two thumbs up. However, if you are buying appliances during COVID - just have lots of patience and be aware that not all models are available right now. For some brands, do be prepared for a 2-3 month delivery window!!
