Granted that I was buying for a kid, who is light and has no back…read moreproblem, so I focus on getting something to tie him over to end of high school, upon which he would get a new mattress to head off to university. For $70, the quality and firmness is very good. The mattress is even flip-able, a feature that is not common nowadays, and can extend the useful life of the mattress. The second reason for the 5 stars rating is the selection. There are 3 models of twin mattress in the showroom. All of them are within my budget of $200. The nicest one costs $200, and it looks like something that would cost more somewhere else. I went to another mattress stores before I came to Springmade. There was only one mattress on sale under $200. One note to people interested in buying a mattress at Springmade: all the prices are HST inclusive, and you can pay by major credit cards. Joe is the owner. If you want to, you can negotiate the price with him directly. I didn't bother to negotiate cause $70 was cheap enough. Thank you, Yelp, for leading me to Springmade.

Bought a reclining sofa from here 11 months ago. Was out of town for the first few months, so I've…read morereally only been using it for over half a year. I live by myself and I'm gentle with my furniture. Yet already there is a drastic rip along one of the most in-use seams on the sofa: the bending seam where the recliner opens. I contacted Back In Comfort to let them know the state of their product after just a few months, and the actual word-for-word response I received was "go to an upholsterer, best of luck." Despite some interesting furniture options in-store, and a pleasant experience during the initial purchase and delivery of this sofa, I cannot overlook that Back In Comfort has ultimately left me holding the bag on a bad product. I planned on buying a floating table from here in a few weeks as a birthday present to myself. Instead I warn future customers to set aside extra money after dealing with Back In Comfort, you may need it when they tell you to take your months-old, deteriorating product to an upholsterer.

Myself and my family have been dealing with Paul Makur from Super Deal Furniture for many years. I…read morepurchased a Sealy Matress from Paul Makur in January of 2021. What a horrendous experience from the start. When I arrived home with my mattress I notice that there was a massive piece of wood stuck in the side of the mattress. Paul Makur didn't want to do anything with the damage - he mentioned that it won't have a negative effect on the performance of the mattress . Ok so now we are 7 months into sleeping on the mattress and the side of the mattress is bulging out. I called Paul and he asked me to drive the mattress to him and he will have someone evaluate it. I told him that I need something to sleep on and how can I bring a mattress to him if I don't have a delivery truck. Paul told me that he will give me a bag to put on the mattress! How ridiculous is this. So I have to sleep on the floor until he gets a representative to visit during a global pandemic. We asked for a refund and told him to deal with the manufacturer seeing as he was the store and I bought from him - this is what Sleep Country would do. My wife tried speaking with him and he said that he is not giving us any refund for a defective and probably not authentic mattress! Our family had dealt with Paul Makur for over 20 years and spent hundreds of thousands in his store and this is how he values our business. Do yourself a favor and buy from another more reputable store that cares about their customers. I would NOT recommend anyone to Super Deal Furniture!
