All in all the amount I paid was great value for the great quality and I love that it's made locally and I'm supporting a small local business. The delivery guys were super friendly and easy going and my whole experience was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend and will go back for my next purchase. We were sold a mattress that was visibly used, stained, and torn, despite being told in person it was new and discounted due to lack of warranty. Attempts to return it were met with lacking explanations, and it took considerable energy to get traction on a resolution. That said - the company ultimately took full responsibility. They arranged for the pickup of the soiled mattress and, despite Saturday not being a usual delivery day, delivered a brand new replacement at no cost the day we were leaving town for a longer trip. That effort is appreciated. This review reflects the full arc: a situation that started with unacceptable business practice but ended with the company making it right. I'm still cautious, and I wouldn't have gotten to this outcome without persistent follow-up - but I do acknowledge that they stepped up in the end.

Noting the "over two thousand dollar" beds just inside the door, we continued looking at the outer beds on the left, and boy are we glad we did. The helpful employee Jay un-intrusively asked if we knew what kind of bed would be best for us by our sleep patterns/habits. Being a side sleeper I'd never thought of that before. Jay pointed out three beds and recommended we lay on each and get a feel for the level of firmness. I certainly feel I could probably sleep on anything and didn't know if I'd find them too different from one another however the firm was way springier than the medium and the soft was too soft. Kinda felt like goldilocks or something. Having printed out beds from their website, adding the details and descriptions online helped better relate to the proposed differences to the beds we looked at. Note that at least one bed was $649 online but marked over $700 in-store - Jay said it was because he didn't get the updated sign. After much contemplating we chose one. It's being delivered soooon. :)

You're allowed to sit on all the couches for as long as you want. We went in wanting a Canadian-made couch but none of the ones we sat on we liked. We decided to go with a non-Canadian made sofa called "Kendra." However, when we received it, the tag said Ashley Furniture. We looked up the couch and it turns out it is indeed Ashley's "Kennewick" sofa which sells for $300 less than Pallucci. That is when we found out Pallucci sells other furniture stores' couches with increased pricing and a name change. That was very deceiving and disappointing. What is even worse is that Pallucci only gives a 1 year warranty on the couches that are not Canadian made. However, Ashley furniture (where the couch is from) gives a 3 year warranty. Pallucci has all their deliveries go through Marble Moving. I am not sure what kind of information Pallucci has given but Marble had the wrong couch and the wrong delivery date in their system. They also rarely take calls so we spent several days calling them just to clarify things. However, the movers themselves were nice and careful. If you are wanting Canadian-made then you may want to give this store a try. Otherwise, please do a reverse google image search on all of their couches. Chances are you can find it elsewhere for cheaper. On the plus side, there is free parking in the back. ---Aug 20 2023 Edit-- The owner is very nice and wanted to make amends for what happened. I was refunded the difference between Pallucci's price and Ashley's price. He told me that although they don't hide that they sell other furniture stores' furniture, and they will only tell you where it is from if you ask. He only buys the ones that he knows are good quality. He clarified that they will do price matching on items that are still in stock in the other furniture's website. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because the Owner has admitted the misunderstanding and wanted to correct it. I think an improvement is to be more open about where the furniture is from. Having it in the price tag of the product would be good. I had really assumed that Pallucci was selling Pallucci-made Furniture and I think many people also think as I do - even when I look at used furniture on Craiglist/Marketplace, people write "couch from Pallucci".
