Products themselves are not bad, but their service and support is very poor…read more Their product line seem to have very fast turnover- one or two years and the model is gone and replaced by another. Might explain why their warranty is only for one year. My experience with their warranty and repair was very dissatisfactory, months to repair under warranty. Makes you feel like they care when you come in to shop but once they take your money they will spend bare minimum effort on customer service. The result is that the brand is just an extremely overpriced version of something you buy on Amazon. Sure the latter is a gamble with things like these, but at least you're gambling on $200-$400, and not $1000 and up. Also, Amazon has much better return policies.

Shortly afterwards, a sales associate showed up to check our temperatures and to give us hand sanitizer. She was too busy texting during the first bit of our interaction. I found that a bit unprofessional, but maybe she was fighting with someone? Anyways, we bought the leg massager and it was an easy sale for her because we were going to buy a massager regardless.

They consistently carry such a fantastic selection, including so many unique and hard-to-find plushies that you don't see everywhere else. Every single time I step inside, I end up bringing home a new friend... and my husband completely loses his mind every time! :) Beyond my stuffed animal addiction, the store itself is pure inspiration. I'm planning to redo my living room within the next year, so I've been eyeing a few of their decor pieces and design elements. That soft, West Coast vintage cottage aesthetic they curate is just so dreamy and beautifully put together. Whether you're looking for gorgeous home accents, design inspiration, or just a new plush companion to add to your collection, this spot is an absolute gem!

Most recently we purchased Iron Man beds, they are amazing - this makes sleeping the experience it's supposed to be!! Dave, your product knowledge is excellent, thanks for helping us make the right choice for us. You didn't pressure us one bit and you answered all our questions. When it came time for delivery, the guys were fantastic, helped me to move my old beds around to make way for the new - you just did a fabulous job. Even the follow up has been much appreciated, checking in to see if we are satisfied (absolutely!) and offering to exchange the pillows when we realized that we'd picked the wrong ones... we ended up exchanging them for the ones you'd recommended in the first place! Happy to recommend you guys, thanks for everything!

* product review -- Climatech Mattress Pad *…read more My first 'Climatech mattress pad' was purchased as an accessory when I bought a new mattress at this Sleep Country store just short of two years ago. It is easy to say it has been 'the' best mattress protector I have purchased and used. The pad has really done 'its thing' well, and at the same time, has proven to be so comfy and durable. I recently decided to call Sleep Country to purchase a second one -- to make my bedsheet changes quick and easy. My first try / use of the new pad, received this week, is coming up soon, at my next change of sheets, et al. A much-enjoyed, fine product carried by Sleep Country.

The final products were always stunning. In general, picture framing is not inexpensive, but Artifax has discounted mats and frames that are on offer and that can help reduce the final price. I highly recommend Artifax if you have art or photography that needs matting and framing. I will continue to go back to this company.
