Products themselves are not bad, but their service and support is very poor. Their product line seem to have very fast turnover- one or two years and the model is gone and replaced by another. Might explain why their warranty is only for one year. My experience with their warranty and repair was very dissatisfactory, months to repair under warranty. Makes you feel like they care when you come in to shop but once they take your money they will spend bare minimum effort on customer service. The result is that the brand is just an extremely overpriced version of something you buy on Amazon. Sure the latter is a gamble with things like these, but at least you're gambling on $200-$400, and not $1000 and up. Also, Amazon has much better return policies. read more

Shortly afterwards, a sales associate showed up to check our temperatures and to give us hand sanitizer. She was too busy texting during the first bit of our interaction. I purchased the Ujolly chair pad. I always pass by this place but hesitate to go because I don't have the space for such a big massage chair. After hearing from a coworker saying the Ujolly is just as powerful as the full size chair and can easily place it anywhere I decided to give it a try. It is really powerful on the lower back and shoulder's. Just what I needed but the return policy is terrible. I would say they should give 1 week to see how it fits in one's home. OK, so I just experienced some of the best customer service of my life! And just to put this in perspective, I was a retail manager for Eatons for a number of years, my wife was a famous fashion designer so we were and are in stores constantly, ran my own business for almost 30 years. I have the chops to state what I state....OSIM Richmond rocks! From Mico in the store, to Ridgway and Marco in the office/warehouse I am blown away. Mico got us into the top of the line chair. She bent over backwards to make sure we understood it and made it very easy for us to buy it. Bear in mind that for the last seven or eight years I've had another brand of chair that I really like. It's just that the OSIM chair is that much better. We had an issue getting into my old house. The movers didn't think it would fit. They tried twice with no avail. That's when Ridgway and Marco jumped into action came over the house and slid it into the room like a small foot into a big shoe. The contact level from all of them was exceptional. I love massages and I use to have my masseuse come to my house 1x per week. I was in Metrotown and they had a kiosk and I sat in one of their massage units while my daughter shopped. I think they have an actual store now in Metrotown, not sure ? Someone told me they do. Smart all the Asians love this kind of stuff. Omg ! I fell in love......this was a week before Xmas and I already finished my Xmas shopping and spent way too much money. I could not see myself spending that much money on a massage unit. I went home to contemplate... ... Ok...home masseuse $80.00 per week x 4 = $320 per month ....$1500 for massage unit. Justified ...no more masseuse! I went back in after New Years and struck a deal. They gave me all these perks, including a free head massage, free delivery, and a lifetime warranty which I made him put in writing. They are so confident with their products it amazing. They were so extremely nice to me as they remember me from before and they knew I was there to buy. Then again the first time I was there I just sat down and used their machines, they were also very nice to me. As I'm writing this I'm using my OSIM.....I'm in heaven I tell you Heaven! I use it for at least an hour every single day, sometimes 2. When I'm not on my phone or on my iPad while using it, meaning just sitting there with my eyes closed 100% of the time fall asleep. So so relaxing OMG. I have other units and my parents do too, OSIM is the best out of all the ones I have used. You get what you pay for. read more

It's alright size for a mall but compared to the one across Lansdowne Mall, on Alderbridge, that has way more selection for massage chairs, portable back, etc. Here, you're no doubt buying an international brand name; heck it's even publicly traded stock in Asia. The service here isn't overly warm and fuzzy at first, but ask around, and they sure know their stuff. Free shipping though if u order online. Products are pretty solid and sturdy. read more

I tried a massage pillow fr. a friend who bought it in Aberdeen Osim. She told me it's $125. I went there. A girl insisted that it's not a model they have NEVER carried and pointed at a latest model for $145. I tried it but didn't like it at much. I went on to explain what my friend's look like. She just ignored me and walked away while I was talking to her! When I was about to leave, she said my friend probably bought it from Singapore or something and she's worked in this location for 2 years and never seen it! I reconfirmed that my friend got it from her store and she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. She finally decided to check her company's web without talking to me anymore. I left the store. A minute later, she caught up to me in the mall and yelled from behind that she checked with her manager and it was a model from last year! She didn't look at me or say excuse me but just talked and walked away like a passer-by. I even said thank you but regret it. By then, I was mad. Her attitude was very uncalled for! Every body language, tone, and gesture made me feel like I was bothering her for wanting to buy something! So, I said loudly while she walked away: "See! working for 2 yrs at a store doesn't mean you know everything!" I called my friend later and she said she'd checked for me days ago before me and the same "I've worked here for 2 year" sale said the same thing to her. 3 days later, I went back hoping to find another more helpful sale. I asked for the exact price of the new model (although it's not as good as the old model but since it's placed on a chair too soft, it probably decreased the support). This new girl said $154. I asked why the price increase from 3 days ago. She said (pointing at the display one) it's the last model and they don't plan to get anymore in. I said: "so this used one costs more because it's the last one?" She said Yes. @_@. I asked (noticing the manager/owner was at the counter): "Could you double check if you will order more coz it's your newest item?". She insisted that they won't sell this anymore. I commented that it's strange. Right away, she changed her answer and said will get more in 2 mths. So I asked again: "you still selling this try-out model for higher?". She insisted! ----I just left--- Went to another business that sells massage products and got myself the same thing for $75! read more
