All in all the amount I paid was great value for the great quality and I love that it's made locally and I'm supporting a small local business. The delivery guys were super friendly and easy going and my whole experience was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend and will go back for my next purchase. This is an employee review, so a little different perspective than the other reviews. I was brought…read morein to help with sales inside the store while also developing outside sales revenue as well. The owner is nice and the other employees were great. The problem was the wife of the owner who has kind of taken over running the front part of the store. She hired me and I was supposed to work 3 shifts a week in-store and then the outside sales on my own time. The pay for the inside sales was hourly while the compensation for the outside revenue would be commission although she kept avoiding my questions when I tried to pin her down on how that worked. She was always evasive about it and the regular wages were paid in an even sketchier way. My first six shifts went fine and I was selling things and negotiating pricing. The customers liked me and I had even gotten two solid leads on outside sales with a pretty big builder and a new private school. I came into my next shift and worked only to have my immediate Manager tell me the owner's wife had replaced me, but that I could still do the outside sales if I wanted. Yeah, right. Sum total. 7 shifts worked. I signed an employment agreement, but was never given tax forms to fill out. I got completely screwed by this company and by the wife of the owner. Prospective employees beware.

They're still in business because they're honest, kind, have a variety of foam products many foam stores don't carry and they do custom foam cuts for your needs. The store itself doesn't have lots of bells and whistles, as the owner is intent on passing on savings to their customers. We were sold a mattress that was visibly used, stained, and torn, despite being told in person it was new and discounted due to lack of warranty. Attempts to return it were met with lacking explanations, and it took considerable energy to get traction on a resolution. That said - the company ultimately took full responsibility. They arranged for the pickup of the soiled mattress and, despite Saturday not being a usual delivery day, delivered a brand new replacement at no cost the day we were leaving town for a longer trip. That effort is appreciated. This review reflects the full arc: a situation that started with unacceptable business practice but ended with the company making it right. I'm still cautious, and I wouldn't have gotten to this outcome without persistent follow-up - but I do acknowledge that they stepped up in the end.
