An item was shipped to me that I did not request. I called to return it the day I received it and was told I could not without a $15 restocking fee. I called to order nasal cushions and was sent the nasal cushions and mask. Never asked for the mask. When I spoke to the supervisor regarding this, she continuously talked over me and would not let me state anything. First I want to comment on Josiah Curtis. He has been awesome to me. I would give him a 10 without thinking twice. Cynthia has also been helpful I am on Oxygen besides having to have a cpap machine. I have an RM10 and informed the staff I just needed the full face mask. I was told the machine would be an upgrade and to accept the machine and there would be the full mask. After weeks I get the machine which is a RM10 and pillow nasal mask. My response was what the ..... ! It took 4 calls before Josiah finally tried getting the situation corrected. I had gone through all this after getting bills for the machine that I did not even receive. I was told everything would be covered. I have two insurances and should not have been billed for the machine plus billing for previous supplies. A gentleman last week took care of that problem - unfortunately I did not get his name. When I first was put on Oxygen, I had super service and I was happy that I wanted to have this company for my supplier. After going through all these issues, I was second guessing myself that maybe this company is not as good as originally thought. If there were 10 stars I would give them to Jarrell Miles. Jarrell Miles is a tremendous Sleep Central representative that I had the opportunity to work with today after getting misinformation. I have had a CPAP machine since June 21, 2023 which honestly has been life changing. I received my first automatic reorder of supplies but unfortunately did not receive what I expected - requesting the next size cushion in hopes that the proper contact would be made after my visit to the doctor. Jarrell went above and beyond consulting with upper management and advised me on a call back that the mask as well as the cushion will be replaced for me to try. I know that the circumstances is not the norm but I do appreciate Jarrell going the extra mile for total satisfaction. I look forward to the next 90 days of use and have in my calendar to contact Sleep Central once again for renewal or to get fitted for a new type of mask in December. I am glad to see that so many have had a good experience with Sleep Central and would LOVE to know your secret. I am so frustrated and in need of help but cannot get answers. My provider sent in an order for a CPAP machine on July 18th. I have never once heard anything from them so after several weeks I started calling. Never on hold for less than 30 minutes I have spoken with multiple people, Brittany, Natalie, Stephanie several times and Margery are the names I started writing down. I am ALWAYS told they will call me back (sometimes in 5 or 10 minutes) no one ever has. I went on to the "online hat option" today and got told I have to call, ad to come on here and write a review if I thought the service was worth it. SERIOUSLY?! I had my follow up appointment with my provider to see how things were going and had to reschedule because I still don't have the machine nor do I have any confirmation from Blue Dot. How does one get through to some one? It's not like this is a dress or a pair of shoed this is a MEDICAL device that my doctor thinks I need. For several years, I have worked with Sleep Central and RoTech for my C-pap supplies. The early part of this year, my doctor said I no longer needed a C-pap so when I was sent a refill request in March, I noted that I did not need any supplies and told the company that I wished to be removed from their list. On April 22, I was sent another refill request. Obviously the message was not noted earlier. On the phone today, April 22, Jessica H was very friendly and helpful. She said she would make the appropriate notations in the system and that I would not be contacted again. A big THANK YOU to Jessica H for your help today. She was pleasant, professional and helpful. This company is horrible. The people in customer service are rude and completely lack compassion. If nothing changes, their process works. If you need ANYTHING different, they are impossible. If they deliver the wrong products, they can't tell you when the replacement will arrive, and they are extremely rude if you show concern about it. If your machine breaks, good luck! They do not care how long it takes or how much problem you will have when they can't tell you when you will get your replacement. Days, weeks? Who cares? It has been very difficult dealing with RoTech They substituted my doctors prescription for a ResMed CPAP with a Luna, which in my opinion, is inferior to the ResMed. It does not transmit compliance data and have not be able to send the compliance data by phone as instructed. I can't get the proper humidity set and am not getting a good nights rest. They sent me supplies that did not fit the Luna and I had to return them and get proper fitting air pillows and filter. Then they bill me for the supplies that I returned. I am continually faced with delays when placing an order which cause additional frustration with RoTech. RoTech will not allow me to swap the Luna for a ResMed due to the fact that they contend my contract is for 5 years. I examined the contract and discovered it is an electronic contract with an electronic signature bearing my name that I was not fully informed of the terms of the contract when it was passed by me from the representative since it was lengthy and the process was hastly rushed through. Sleep Central just called and left a message that there will be a slight delay in sending my order that had been placed last week. I called Sleep Central back and spoke to a helpful representative that researched my order then responded that he could find a reason for the delay and will ship the necessary supplies to me ( that are long past due). I found most of the people at the American Sleep Medicine (American Sleep) location in person and on the phone Gaithersburg/Rockville pleasant but not particularly knowledgeable. I was charged over and above my deductible payments when I attended in-person overnight visit(s). The local staff at American Sleep was unable to help me get reimbursed. When American Sleep was purchased by Rotech Healthcare I have been repeatedly charged for equipment I had not ordered, authorized, and or received even after I phoned their "help" number to correct the error. After I received an automatic shipment of supplies even though I had not placed the order nor did I need supplies yet, I was informed I was a "VIP" with the company. I paid for these initial supplies, but I told them to take me off their so called VIP list. Also I would let them know when I needed supplies. I have yet to be reimbursed for overpayments I was charged initially. read more

I wanted let you know how delighted we are with the Customer Service Team at Sleep Central / Rotech. Our delight started when we ordered our OxyGo Next. Madison easily answered all of our questions. Because of my crazy schedule they had to call me back to take the order over the phone. At 3pm we placed the order and paid for overnight delivery. I really did not expect the machine the next morning since it was already late in the day when we placed the order. It arrived at 9am the next day. Another unexpected delight. Finally when I was trying to pair the OxyGo with my dad's cell phone Liz was a trooper. We were on the phone for a very long period of time. I had multiple phones and computers all with Bluetooth enabled in the house causing the connectivity issues. We went through a list of possible solutions. Even when I shut off the phone to restart everything from scratch and lost my connection with Liz, she called back to reestablish our conversation. Finally once everything was turn off, we easily paired the phone and the OxyGo Next. Liz asked if there was anything else that she could do. If you are purchasing a medical device like OxyGo and spending close to $3,000 you hope you get good customer service. We got Great customer service Thanks to Liz. I asked Liz to have her manager call me so I could give her Kudos. Andrew did just that. He was also awesome; showing me that the Sleep Central / Rotech team was the right decision for our family. Why is this important? My dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer and had limited time available. He does not have time to be frustrated and without the use of something he desires. This device is a simple luxury that we wanted him to have while he could enjoy it. This team made that decision an excellent decision. We would be very lucky to come across more people like Madison, Liz and Andrew. You should all be proud of how you handle yourselves and your dedication to your customers. Keep up the awesome work.
