I purchased a $1000.00 sectional from the Murray KY store and was told it was real leather. It is…read morein a lake house so gets sat on very little. After about a year and half, the material began to look different; by the end of 2 years the sectional began to deface, hence, not real leather. To no avail, I still felt the store would stand behind it's product. Guess what, they have no warranty, it is sole put on to the manufacturer so whatever their warranty says is all you get. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Their customer service is beyond lacking, they tell half truths to make a sale. It is unacceptable and the quality of their furniture is the same.
