Nice very clean and well stocked pharmacy in Murray Ky. Every aisle was well organized. The pharmaceutical area supplied every vitamin, cold prep, products you could ever need . My prescription was ready in less than 10 minutes. That's a first !! We picked up Milk English muffins OJ , ice cream, an a slew of snack items all on sale , none of which were near their expiration date. That's cool uh? On way out I picked up a couple magazines. The check out clerk was so nice and really friendly, showed true Southern hospitality. Wish I still lived in the South as the Michigan Metropolitan areas rarely extends this sort of customer service. IF the staff is slow, it's because they are doing the best they can with the staff they have. It depends on the season, what's going around and who's affected as to how well-staffed they are that day. They are not God, however, they can be Angels. Should you ever get into medical trouble in their store or on their premises, I think you will find that out. Nice, Caring folks. Be kind. They really do try to give good personal service. If by chance you get a rude employee, perhaps their Private world is crashing, still that is no excuse to take it out on You. Simply give a heads-up to Management. Maybe that worker needs some kindness shown. Within reason, compassion and patience are a two way street. read more

Service has went downhill over the past few years. It is always very slow both inside and in the drive thru. Prescriptions take longer to fill than what they promise. One person in the pharmacy has instructed me on how to have the doctor fill out the prescription so that he does not get in trouble. He even interrupted a conversation I was having with another employee to talk very rudely to me. I do not plan on using CVS anymore I will take my family's business elsewhere. read more
