That's why their pharmacy hours have decreased considerably. As to courtesy: I've been going here for 3+ years and the staff's behavior and courtesy have been exemplary. Apparently the nasty people either left or got fired. My scripts are filled quickly (consider their working load!) and have always been correct.

Within 5 minutes she answers and I hear for the first time ever. Someone say to me. I am very familiar with this illness. I was blown away. Then she says let me see if it's in stock. She quickly came back and said it'll be ready for pick up today or tomorrow. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and kind this woman was. I think she deserves a raise. She must be the best at her job. I wanted to show my appreciation by leaving her a 5 star review so I did on both Google and here.

I'm not sure that this is really a good quality, being so familiar with a retail chain. And, their perceived values are sometimes better found at a smaller shop, perhaps a Mom & Pop store. Most of the time, I'm willing to pay a little more not to be in the Large Crowds associated with shopping at a Walmart store. Also, keep in mind, when The Giant squashes all of it's small competition, their prices will go up and you will have no alternatives. When at all possible, try to shop with the Mom & Pop !
