Most of the "1 reviews" are at least two years old, some are much older. This Walgreens needs at least one more pharmacist, preferably two, but they won't hire even one. That's why their pharmacy hours have decreased considerably. As to courtesy: I've been going here for 3+ years and the staff's behavior and courtesy have been exemplary. I am about 4 hours away from my daughter right now. My daughter needs medication to live. She has a serious illness that not many people ever heard of. I've been wrenching with anxiety over how I'm supposed to get my daughter her medicine while she's 4 hours away. So I call this Walgreens to ask if they can help. Within 5 minutes she answers and I hear for the first time ever. Someone say to me. I am very familiar with this illness. I was blown away. Then she says let me see if it's in stock. She quickly came back and said it'll be ready for pick up today or tomorrow. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and kind this woman was. I think she deserves a raise. She must be the best at her job. I wanted to show my appreciation by leaving her a 5 star review so I did on both Google and here. read more

On this visit to the Drive through, I drove off without my Drivers License. I really didn't see it in the tube, so I had to travel out of the country without my DL, It's OK all I needed was the Passport. They did call within 6 hours to let me know that they had the License and would hold it for me, Thanks Walgreens. read more

Walgreens pharmacy is just one big joke. I'm always waiting forever to get my prescriptions.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here. But I have to say that Sarah the tech went above and beyond for me. I had just moved here from another state and was nearly out of meds due to ridiculous insurance issues. She spent 45 minutes on the phone sorting it out and getting the run around. All with a smile on her face. And she fixed the issue. I'm so grateful. Thank you Sarah. You deserve a raise read more

On one occasion, they gave us medication that belonged to someone else. Rather than sending someone to our home to pick it up and give us the correct prescription, we were required to return it (it was late, so my husband was without medication that helps him breathe until the next day) and were not reimbursed for our fuel/time/inconvenience in any way. On two other occasions, we were the only people in line at the drive through and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. On one of these occasions, a person who arrived after us (in the other lane) was waited on before us. There were at least 3 people working in the pharmacy at the time. They ate, drank and conversed with each other, and put prescriptions in baskets rather than waiting on us (it was in the evening and not during lunch break). read more

I have been with them since I moved to the area from Northern Ky 4 years ago. I am so frustrated with how I was treated at the drive through on Thursday Sept, 23. My husband was post surgery his script was electronically sent at 7:30 am we arrived at 11am to pick up his script and my Two scripts I was told when asking for his to come back after five I said he is due for pain meds at 12:30 will they possibly be ready by noon she looked ant me and said "NO WAY" ! I again said he is post surgery and we just left the hospital are you sure they won't be ready? Well as she huffed and puffed she put the phone to her chest as if I couldn't hear and wow, his script got filled! I on the othe hand had two meds that were called in several days before knowing I would be there today and both needed dr approval. Oddly one was filled and the other was not. I was told that I needed to call for the approval! I asked why when both needed it and they did one but not the other I also asked why I wasn't notified. In her rudeness I was told I should have checked my App. I was not notified of the scrip being ready either and I ha e this set up to come by text for problems and when scripts are ready She obviously hates her job has NO costumer service skills and should not be tending to people who are sick or may be on meds for anxiety or antidepressants or she just may get an ear full. Walgreens is absolutely horrible. They never answer the phone, causing it to where you're on the phone 20 minutes and never even speak to someone. I just got hung up on at 10 minutes (without answer) and was hung up on AGAIN after another 10 minutes. They keep saying they're having technical error with my birth control and it was supposed to be refilled 9 days ago! I haven't had the time to go in so I've called every couple of days and have NEVER gotten an answer. I can't stand this place. read more

I've had constant issues with the pharmacy for years and it's only gotten worse lately! I don't know why I stayed as long as I have.

This Walgreens should lose its pharmacy license. I have written a letter directly to the Pharmacist and I will follow up with Walgreens corporate office. I will also research how far I can take this and report this pharmacy to the appropriate regulatory agency. They have people inputting the prescriptions wrong, when you call most don't listen...these are peoples LIVES they are messing with and it is NOT right. My husband's health is very poor and to have to deal with the level of incompetence this pharmacy demonstrates is ridiculous. Every single person who works at this pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. LOOK at the other reviews--see the common theme? INCOMPETENCE on every level. I will also contact the people who have left negative reviews with their dealings with this pharmacy to see if they would like to join me in contacting the corporate office (and what ever other regulatory agency I discover that is above them) to put a stop to this nonsense. This is what happened: My husband had TWO prescriptions written on August 20, 2020 with THREE refills each. Whoever input the prescriptions did it incorrectly and now there are NO refills. We are taking care of my Father with Dementia and as stated, my husband's health is poor at best. Now I have to contact my husband's physician and tell him what happened. If this pharmacy wants to make it right, THEY should call my husband's physician and explain how this was THEIR mistake. Shameful. It is the opinion of Ms. Jones that this is the worst pharmacy in Murray and you may be wise to go elsewhere. read more

My child's liquid prescription was mixed as 20mL when the bottles say they should have been 15mL, and there are two exactly the same [it's incorrect, but at least it's inconsistently incorrect!]. I called to find out what we need to do. I'm on hold at the moment at 40 minutes 05 seconds on my phone (allowing me plenty of time to write this while I wait). The person who originally answered did not want to share her name to identify to whom I was speaking with; that is rude and should have been my first indication. This was my first and last visit at this Walgreens; CVS is right across the street, they were just not open as late. read more

Walgreens is not the cheapest or the best but they are open 24/7 so it's the only choice I can make working the hours I do.
