I just had the most pleasant experience from a representative (Mikki H.) to take my order. I needed to transfer my CPAP supplies due to change in my insurance "In Network" companies. To start off, I had called one of the representatives in my area (Stephanie from Lake Charles, Louisiana) and in a not so pleasant tone, she told me that I needed to get different forms from my doctor and then send them in, etc. etc. Because of her, I delayed in ordering supplies from Rotech. So, I did a Google search and got ahold of Mikki H. from the main ordering supply company in Kentucky. She was very friendly, easy to work with, went beyond all my wildest dream to help me get my supplies ordered. I hope this review is viewed by her management. I also hope that something is looked into why Stephanie from Lake Charles, Louisiana has such a tone when answering any questions for a customer/patient of Rotech. Way to go Mikki!!!! read more

They send me my cpap stuff! They are great! Love the packaging and frequency and promptness. So good and reliable.

I am 73 years old and have be in business and done business all my life since I was 16. Never have I tried to deal with a company any worst than this one this review is not on on time problem I have been dealing with them since 2011 and it is every time I have to deal with them there is another problem. I have tried to not have to deal with this company at all and go thru my Dr but he has the same problem I have had no call back , take weeks to do something that should take a few minutes. We live in a small town and you would think service would be better but it is not. My experience with Rotech representative was great. Chris Jones I believe went beyond in giving me great service. Any question I had he gave me a thorough explanation. Being I am a senior citizen he was patient and I did not feel rush through our conversation.
