Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, eager to help and will take his time with you. To get your money back, you have to check-in on social media every time you're there, let them use your before and after pictures, post a review on here (FYI - Businesses should not be asking for reviews. It's against Yelp's conflict of interest policy), and lose 25 lbs. Losing 25 lbs is not the same for everyone as far as percentage of body weight. You have to go 3x a week for an hour. It's a one-size-fits-all mentality. I'm looking for something more personalized. It's not just about losing weight, it's about losing inches, gaining muscle and confidence, etc. Jeremy is a no nonsense and direct motivator if that's what you're looking for. I'm not willing to risk the money for something I'm not sure will motivate me. Kickboxing is 2 nights a week. It's a group setting. It seemed very disorganized while I was there, both the class and the space. Very small and crowded space, very claustrophobic. Didn't feel very clean. Mismatch of equipment. Jackets and bags all over the place. Parking is a nightmare. I tried to ask questions, which weren't answered directly, was made to feel my questions were just excuses. Was not impressed with space, staff, or sales pitch.

Unlike most trainers, he is committed to you reaching your goal and he won't break you to do it. He's works you hard but you always feel good after the workout! His positive attitude and good nature makes the session enjoyable. Definitely a motivator! So hard to find trainers committed to the person! He is truly a good find! He is not stuck on just the machines either. You might kickbox one day and then another jog along side you he next (although truth be known my "jogging" is jog for a little bit and then gasp for breath walking, repeat. Lol)

Went three days a week religiously. We both were members at the local Gold's and had trainers there. We both thought we were in fairly good shape. Yeah, we were wrong. The trainers at PF care, take the time to get to know you, and even in the group setting take the time to correct your form if you are not doing it correctly. The format of the class is go, go, go. Warm up, arms, legs, core, and cool down. They always have Groupons, try it out. And take it from me, don't quit after the first class. Make yourself go back for more. It gets better!

Okay, this is a really convenient gym. This place is freaking HUGE and has SO MUCH EQUIPMENT. They have plenty of treadmills in multiple locations (you're nervous about being in the open? No problem they have some in a back room), but I'm more into weights - I love that they have every type of weight to choose from, plenty of racks, AND they have so many individual pieces of equipment. Sometimes free weights/racks make me nervous, so having individual machines is freaking awesome and the ease of use is so much better. They have multiple spaces, including a back room that is pretty secluded which is perfect for new people/for stretching. They also have balls, steps, small weights, etc back there. They truly are an all encompassing gym. My only complaint (some people don't care about this) - it is very overwhelming for women AND for those of us that aren't SUPER fit. I will not come in here without my fiancé because I'm too nervous haha! It's....a lot. There's a lot of really fit people and coming from a small planet fitness, this is a lot to take in. Overall, great location. The equipment seems to be kept up nicely, and there's something for everyone.
