Roma Tile & Stone sells from what the manufacturers currently supply. I didn't order tile through them (yet) as I'm looking to restore antique tile in my bathroom. Jay was kind enough to refer me to two other custom tile makers in LA. I definitely recommend buying from Roma Tile & Stone.
