Jack was great. He texted to see if it was OK to show up a bit early then texted when he got there. I reached out for his opinion, and he was honest in what he thought would get the leak solved for the least cost. He suggested a patch and seal job would last at least half a decade, which fit our needs, but obviously a full replacement would be a more permanent solution. As we opted for the patch and seal, his team were quick to get the job done, and payment was super easy. Fast forward a few months to early May, when it's been raining nonstop the past few days, and no leaks!
