I would not recommend using this company EVER! I was quoted one price for tearing out and replacing my driveway and before the work was completed these two individuals were attempting to charge me for items that a business owner should know about.... I was quoted the job would use 10 yards of concrete, and they were close, 9 1/2 yards were used but as I mentioned, before the concrete truck finished delivering the concrete they told me the used an additional two yards and that cost was $960. They also wanted me to pay for an additional concrete finisher (not my problem when a business owner doesn't allow enough manpower when configuring their estimate! A couple months prior, our insurance company had sent another contractor out who found no weather damage... but based on what we could see with our own eyes and the fact that the roof appeared to be uninsurable by other insurers, we pursued the matter with USAA who advised us we could have a different contractor of our choosing go out and provide a second opinion. A friend recommended Brett with Aspire Roofing, and from the first few seconds of speaking with him and throughout this process, he has been nothing but pleasant, understanding, and very invested in our interests. He came out within 24 hours to see our roof, and then provided us with more than one option for how we could proceed. Brett's claim that he also knows what insurers need to see was also good as gold, as he met with our insurance adjuster on the roof and later that afternoon our claim was moving forward. He is ready to begin as soon as we're cleared, and I am so thankful he was both willing and knowledgeable in meeting with our insurance rep to ensure the home is in proper condition. I would recommend Aspire, and Brett specifically, to anyone needing their roof assessed, maintained or even replaced. He has put my mind at ease in what could otherwise have been an incredibly stressful time.

They committed to painting our house as well as the roof replacement and said it would likely be a couple hundred dollars out of pocket for us for everything. In the end they wanted to charge us the full cost of the house painting, when including the painting was a huge part of his sales pitch and one of the main reasons we went with them. When I went on the roof after the replacement I noticed they did not replace the turtle vents, the same hail dented ones are still there, but they were billing me for the vents. After calling getting those taken off in the same conversation they added charges for roofing around my swamp cooler which was there when they did the assessment, evaluation and estimate, there was zero reason for there to be unknown cost regarding the swamp cooler. And these costs were only added after I called about the vents NOT being replaced. I felt that they had a specific dollar amount they were trying to get. As another person said here, they were out to get the most for doing the least. They were trying to bill for things that were not replaced and I am still mad, like why didn't you just replace the vents and we would have paid for them! Instead of not replacing them and trying to have me pay for work that was not done. Boils down to all the trust being totally broken. Could have had a customer for life. And what is really bad is posting about himself and the company doing things the right way and treating people right and that was NOT my experience at all.

They also threw a water bottle on our air conditioning unit. I called the company to tell them it was unacceptable and Tony Collins ARGUED/threw a toddler tantrum back, "Well your roof is trash anyways, and is unacceptable," "I was there all day and my crew cleans up after themselves," "things bounce," "nails always end up in the street" and then promptly hung up - well sir, I can assure you our trash can says they did not clean up, a 3/4 full water bottle does not bounce 6 feet over a fence and then 2.5 feet onto an air conditioning unit - willing to demonstrate with the exact water bottle in our trash can since you are so adamant that it bounced and know very little about gravity and objects with weight to them. Nails don't land 15-20 feet onto our front porch (which is around a house corner and a car parked in the driveway) or onto our back deck 20-30 feet from our neighbors house by bouncing. We also have cameras that show your roofers sitting on the fence and walking on top of it which was unneccessary, unprofessional and uncalled for as it was not an "access point" to get to the roof. Our neighbor who had the roofing done, is still cleaning up his yard after your crew left several hours ago. Will not use them if/when we do decide to get our roof replaced. We did have him inspect our roof as he came recommended especially after the hailstorms that blew through. He amplified/highly exaggerated how bad the damage was, as my boyfriend was also up on the roof with him looking at what he was looking at. We were supposed to receive a quote the following day and NEVER received it. (***Per another roofing company: our roof does not meet the criteria to need a replacement nor will insurance cover it as it is not that damaged. A shingle here or there maybe - that's how little the damage actually was, but not an entire roof with half of it covered in Solar Panels.***)
