Deborah was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us the moment we walked in with such warmth and kindness. I asked her a few questions, and she not only answered them but also gave us tons of great advice on where to find the most scenic views in the area. The store itself is full of unique and cool gifts, truly something for everyone. We picked up some Idaho-made lotions, soaps, and beautiful coasters as gifts. Everything was high quality and thoughtfully curated. Thank you again, Deborah, for making our visit so memorable! -- T & J from Colorado

I forgot to grab one when I was in the park the day before. I asked the lady who was working there (assuming the owner) if she had any, and she took me towards the back of the store and showed me one shirt that had an American flag with a silhouette of the Tetons. I told her I wasn't looking for one with an American flag. She said to me "then you need to leave my store". I knew in an instant that she had made this interaction political when all I wanted was a more NPS-related shirt. My reply to her was "you don't have to be MAGA to love America". As exited the store, the woman followed me out onto the sidewalk yelling at me "leave America!!!" My husband was getting gas across the street from her store and heard her yelling at me but could not understand what she was saying. First of all my grandfather's ancestors arrived in America in the 1600s at Jamestown so I have as much right to be here as she does bc she was obviously NOT INDIGENOUS. I am an American citizen and have no intentions of leaving. Apparently, the store only sells to MAGA/Trump supporters so be aware or shop elsewhere if your political beliefs align differently from the owner. Addendum: The owner's response is a fabrication of the events that occurred that day. Maybe she is embarrassed or attempting to save face in her community for her behavior? Everyone has bad days. She never said anything about the shirt design being her art work not that I care and I certainly did not say that I hated the American Flag or what it represents. That is crazy. She did ask me to leave when I said I did not want a shirt with an American Flag design. FYI, my husband and I own an apparel company and we often use Americana-themed designs in our clothing.

There is a huge selection of fun stuff that if I had more room in my carry on, I might have went hog wild. What didn't help was that I came here in November so there were Christmas things for sale already and I love good Christmas decorations. The store is also fairly large so you can roam and take a look at a lot of different things. There are also quite a few entrances/exits, which seemed odd for shoplifting reasons but I appreciated being able to walk out onto a different side of the street. I will say that stuff was super pricey in here, but if it is mostly hand made by artists, I understand. I also live in an overpriced tourist city, so I understand the mark up. I will say that I thought the staff was a bit aloof. Like they didn't care to answer any questions or make any conversation, or even say hello. That was fine. I like being left alone when I shop anyway. Aloof is fine but rudeness isn't. When we left one of the employees was super rude and slammed the door on us (someone else had left it open and she thought it was us so she said something and slammed the door) so that left a bad taste in my mouth but I will say this store is still pretty cute and I'd come back.

I worked in retail for 8 years... 2 young high school or college students were working here today. I was greeted by a quite hello and then just stared at. I gathered about 5 things to try on...after about 15 mins of holding my items one of the girls asked if I wanted a fitting room. While I was trying things on I really needed another size in a jacket and definitely would have purchased it however, no one came by to ask me about sizes, how I was doing etc. I went back to the rack with the jacket to see if they did in fact have the jacket in another size but had no luck. I think the customer service in this store, especially with the location needs a bit of work.

There were 3 young gorgeous girls working and I was blown away by there customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, asked if I needed help, and had a great conversation at the register. I peeked out of the fitting room to ask for help and they were eager to assist. Accentuate had a wide variety of clothing, shoes, accessories, and even jewelry! I was amazed by the quality and reasonable pricing. I just had to show my friends this store because it's definitely my new go to place. My personal favorite was the jeans, there was a large collection of styles, washes, and sizes. I would recommend this store to anyone in Jackson looking for a place to shop. I'm looking forward to going back!

I visited their Jackson store in late July and was shown what I believed to be a sterling silver women's Teton ring. The sample was a size 9, and my finger is nearly 4 sizes smaller. The saleswoman told me the price was $435, and I put down a $100 deposit so they could make the ring in my size and ship it to me. When I got home and checked their website, I discovered that what I had been shown was actually a men's ring--information never disclosed to me in the store. The women's version of the ring, which is nearly identical and only 1mm narrower, was listed for $190 less, at $245. I immediately asked for a price adjustment, giving the style number of the women's ring on the website. Instead of doing the honest thing, the owner, Carolyn, flat-out refused. What followed was a string of unprofessional and hostile emails, where she tried to justify the overcharge by twisting details and even accused me of saying things I never said. She first invoiced me for $365, then changed it to $145 only after I repeatedly called out her dishonesty. To make matters worse, she somehow obtained my cell phone number a month later (which I never provided) and began texting me unsolicited photos of the ring. Unbelievably, she even asked me to text her my credit card number -- something no secure or professional business would ever do. That alone speaks volumes. The bottom line: they tried to charge me hundreds more than their own advertised price, failed to disclose key information, and then doubled down instead of making it right. In addition, the request for my credit card by text, and even obtaining my cell number without consent, this business has shown itself to be both dishonest and unsafe. Needless to say, I never purchased the ring after all this unnecessary drama. They tried to take advantage of me, as is clearly their business practice--and as outlined in other reviews. In my experience, this is not a business that treats customers fairly or ethically. If you're considering jewelry in Jackson, protect yourself and shop elsewhere.
