Not so much at Hardimans. I almost immediately screwed up my nose and began to mentally refurbish the decor, which didnt include the ingrained regulars. This place is just a touch too bogan, I get they have their clientele but im just not a fan of footy on the big screen above my mains. Anyway a friend and I were resolute to get the Thursday $12 parma/pot special. The service was fine, cant complain for $12. The parma was massive with a wee side salad and chips, look it was pretty dry but satisfied a baser carnivorous instinct. Theres the front bar/pub/dining space which also has live music occasionally. Out the back is a "fancier" dining space open for lunch and dinner. I cant comment on the other food besides the parma but I would stick to the pub basics. Not rushing back in a hurry.

Millennium Reception female toilet got SCABIES !!!!!!!!!…read more I and my friends coming from Sydney for a wedding in Millenium reception sometimes this year, food and service are ok, but the female rest room are disgusting, no cleaning maintenance, it seems to me haven't being cleaned for days, I mean chemical cleaning kill germs and bacteria, two of my friends got contracted with SCABIES that night when we got home in relative home in Melbourne, after the wedding. They've being using the female restroom more often than me at the Millenium reception. That night they bareley sleep, their whole body got so itchy, and scracthed everywhere!!! The Scabies cost them a fortune to kill and cure. Comparing to normal average public toilet like in train station, they are way more clean than toilet in Millenium reception!, the owner know just earn money from the reception without caring the health of the public, the users! I warn everyone of you should take care and may be suggest the owner to hire professional cleaner to maintain the cleaness for the restroom, to save more pain and suffer. mind you, I will never ever again go back to that reception again!

The three owners of Noisy Ritual come from wine-making backgrounds, and have established one of Melbourne's first Urban Wineries. So how does it work? Buy a membership (an awesome gift, if I do say so myself) and then through a series of workshops you will make your own wine - including stomping the grapes. Just want to drink? You can do that too. The space is warm and intimate despite being so very large - they have done an incredible job to make it feel so cosy. There are limited wines available (with the majority falling under the Noisy Ritual label) as well as a small selection of beers. While I am sure they will offer snacks in the coming months, right now you can order food from Mankoushe to be delivered to your table from up the road. But where I believe Noisy Ritual will really shine is with their functions. The space is just MADE for a wedding reception. Fairy lights, wine barrels and terracotta tiles - it's simply gorgeous.
