George Lucas' house on Skywalker Ranch

Love love love! Easily accessible. Located on the Presidio in San Francisco. Have many items unavailable anywhere else or online! Love the lavender body butter made on Skywalker Ranch. Bought several gifts here. Small but mighty!

This store only recently opened to the public a few months ago. I originally stopped by the campus just to take a photo with the Yoda fountain, but when I saw a sign pointing toward the General Store, I figured hey why not? I found a great selection of Star Wars merchandise, along with wines and exclusive items from Skywalker Ranch. I had no idea Skywalker Ranch even had its own winery! I asked one of the employees whether they offered wine tastings. She mentioned that it's something they're hoping to introduce in the future since many visitors have been asking about it. I managed to leave without buying anything, much to the relief of my wallet. Yet it was still fun to browse and see everything they had to offer. If you're a Star Wars fan or collector, this is definitely a store worth checking out.

If you're a Star Wars fan, you may come to Skywalker ranch. They have lot of clothing and trinket items and even wine! Decor is also awesome with helmets of Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, and other characters. They also have some select Indiana Jones items. I was so excited when this store opened to the public.

Skywalker Ranch General Store located in the Presidio recently opened to the public. The store is located in the Presidio next to the Presidio Starbucks and a short walk from the Yoda Fountain. Upon walking into the store, you will see wine and other merchandise from Skywalker Ranch and Skywalker Vineyards. The store has apparel, cups, waterbottles, bags, backpacks, playing cards, books, waffle makers, etc. Don't forget to check out their high-end collectibles like Black Series Helmets, lightsabers, figurines in the back behind the front counter. It was fun to window shop.

(Review reflecting the opening week.) The Skywalker Ranch General Store is a great stop for ILM and Lucasfilm fans. The store carries items that range from golf shirts, drinkware, wines, and even limited edition high-end Star Wars art and replicas. On an Instagram story, my friend saw that they were carrying patches (avg. $8-12/ea), and so we had to go. While not huge, the store is divided into three areas: (1) Skywalker Ranch items (honeys, wines, soaps), (2) high end art for Star Wars collectors, and then a more general area with journals, pens, drinkware, and clothing items. Unfortunately, there's no wine tasting here (or possibly at the ranch either). However, they encourage you to sign up for the wine club subscription to taste. This is one area where I think they can consider growing, even with a paid tasting, to align better with the California winery experience. The parking is a bit limited in the Presidio, and even harder once the store operating hours commence. However, the guards in this area, who were monitoring the ILM campus, let us park in a small lot (maybe 8 or so spaces) to visit the store. And, the famous Yoda statue is not a far walk from either the store or parking lot.

This looks like the party people on my social media feed with the same lips and same look promoting the same restaurants and events

Walking through San Francisco it seems you end up entering a different type of universe. You will see robots walking the streets. You will also see furry creatures all over in SF. The city gets so crowded it seems we are out of space in outer space. You will see humans with digital gadgets all over the city and driverless commuting. The launch of SpaceX IPO this week has people getting space fever. Seems some want to travel to the Moon and Mars and getting closer the stars and sun. There is one place which has over the decades influenced today's technological innovations in the masses and globally. You will find the influences in the fields of AI and Robotics , Space & Defense Laser & Energy Weapons, and voice assistant. The Star Wars Franchise has set future imagination and trends. There is a place which has your favorite characters in SF. It is Skywalker Ranch General Store and is located in San Francisco at the Presidio On a Presidio stroll to a galaxy far away from the streets of Downtown San Francisco in the Presidio I landed at the Skywalker Ranch General store. It was a rite of passage for anyone entering the USA or want to understand USA pop culture to watch a Star Wars movie is where you start. Inside the Skywalker Ranch General store felt more targeted to adults with one third of the store having many different wine bottles for sale including sparkling wines from the Skywalker brand. There tiki mugs to pour in your favorite adult beverages. You will also see lots of adult gear like hats and shirts. You will also see a Skywalker skincare line. There is a section with all the nostalgic Star Wars characters in SF. Plan a visit in a not so far distant future. Star Wars has influenced the field of "Computer Science" like AI and robotics and everything to your home "appliance"but as in the movie technology can be used for evil and as a weapon and for "defiance" so we have to be like Luke Skywalker fighting along with the "Rebel Alliance" You have to salute the movie "Star Wars" opening the "doors "to those who "explores" the possibility of space travel and technology you can see the fandom all throughout the Skywalker Ranch store "floors "

Previously only open to Lucasfilm employees inside the Letterman campus, the store is now (finally) open to the public! With a broad selection of wines, olive oil, books, toys, high end collectibles, and apparel, etc., you can pretty much find great gifts for anyone. Wine tastings will (hopefully) be included as future events!

I'm not a Star Wars person but I was visiting family nearby and stopped in out of curiosity. So, grain of salt. For a "souvenir shop" the merchandise is nice and well-designed, and there's a good assortment of stuff at various price points. The vibe is upscale but the prices didn't seem too insane to me, save for the special limited edition Indiana Jones hats ($900). My go-to item for seeing if a place is gouging is always the kids t-shirt. Theirs was a very fair $20! They had a great selection of shirts, sweaters, jackets, hats, books and toys. They have a lot of Star Wars Tiki mugs (didn't look at the price) and cocktail glasses ($20), as well as Skywalker Ranch Gold wine tumblers ($35). You could stock a pretty dope home Star Wars tiki bar in here! For a small space they fit a lot in and it all seemed high-quality. Definitely worth checking it out if you are in the area. It's just inside the Presidio at the Lyon/Chestnut entrance, next to Piccino, and very easy to find.

I have been…read morefortunate to understand the different neighborhoods across San Francisco living in more than eight different neighborhoods. One neighborhood which always gets a reputation of being stuck up is the Marina. If you ever spend enough time in the Marina this notion is false. The Marina showed true grit and resilience after the 1989 San Francisco earthquake. I seen a lot of people get loose and have some fun in the Marina especially on Chestnut street( this includes adventures with the cool Don Juan himself). There are plenty of places to enjoy some of good food and drinks. There is one place which you will see the sense of humor of the Marina and the city of San Francisco and it's called Ei Home on Chestnut street. On a Spring stroll in Marina in the San Francisco sun I landed on Chestnut street at Ei home . Inside you will find some interesting novelties for sale. They have hats and bags with different designs . You can even find a laptop sleeve and some colorful towels . They have lot of humorous novelty items. The items here are a few levels above the tourist trap gifts you will find by Fisherman's Wharf. They have everything to candles and pillows with monuments of San Francisco. Get a leg up on Christmas shopping early with random stocking stuffers year round at Ei home a homage to my home of San Francisco. They say the Marina is all stuck up you are getting fed a bunch of "lies" I visited here for decades I experienced it with my own "eyes" if you discover it more it becomes a pleasant "surprise" go to A16 where pizza gets cut with scissors and go to Little Original Joe's for the "Zucchini Fries" Go to Chestnut and find early birds eating brunch outside in the sun and also the late night "diner" or go to a bar and possibly see a former SF Giants player or a former "Forty Niner "and go to the Studio on Chestnut and pose for a photo like your a model wearing clothes made by a fashion "designer" and then go shop at Ei Home located on Chestnut between Pierce street and "Steiner"

It will fulfill your fragrance cravings for scents that are bourgeois and full of depth. I couldn't help myself given my compulsion to want to smell new scents.. My love of fragrance started way back in high school when I was constantly at either Bath and Body Works or Victoria's Secret buying up all the body sprays. What made this visit to Diptyque particularly nice was their sales associate Frances. I had the pleasure of meeting Frances as I casually wandered in. Like usual, I'm picking up random lids of their famous candles and inhaling their scents. Frances approaches me and we had the nicest conversation over our mutual love of fragrance. He is one of those people that has a real passion for perfume and takes his time to explain not only the notes each fragrance has but how they can make you feel. When I explained how a specific fragrance (in this case a new one called "Lilyphea") and how it smelled like a warm hug, Frances understood completely. Unlike some other high end stores that can come off as snooty or arrogant, this store is anything but. The sales associates here in my experience have been down to earth, easy to talk to and care to build the most important thing with their clientele-- relationships. This is the kind of thing that will bring me back to a store even if it's not to buy for myself but for a gift. Thank you Frances for making an already perfect day in SF even better. I'm taking my time with my 2 samples and enjoying them during my work day.
