This gift shop in downtown Sausalito is one of the better stores, featuring local souvenirs with "Sausalito" emblazoned on them, and also fun products from around world like Studio Ghibli stuff and Adventures with Tin Tin books and gifts! It's a BIG store -- take some time to check out all the nooks of this shop! Prices ranges here depending on what item -- but there's something for everyone here. Staff are not intrusive and generally will service you at the check-out counter.

My haul! I was restrained. If I didn't already have a stash, I could easily have tripled this with neat stuff.

Model, diorama, and dollhouse people, if you love the treasure hunt of finding tiny items. this is the best store in Sausalito. I got hooked by the tiny bubble teas (under $2 each, good for scales 1:18 to 1:12) and then ended up with tiny pigs (1:24 or smaller), tiny candy bags (up to 1:6), and a little car from old metal cans (probably 1:48?). There are tons of other small items, plus the largest selection of those laser-cut metal construct-a-landmark kits that I've ever seen. The owner is super-nice, and it's a fun environment. You can spend hundreds on some of the bigger items or walk away with a little bag of delightful things for under $20.

The force is strong with this one.

This is not your typical souvenir store that you find in Fisherman's Wharf or Chinatown. No, it's not that kind of souvenir store where they sell cheap similar things that you don't need. Well, they do sell things here that you don't need....but only way cooler. Collectors will find this place as a haven of toy memorabilia from movies, TV shows and even anime. You can browse and spend a considerable amount of time here with their vast merchandise that will keep you entertained. Yes, you might not need it, but it'll be cool to have one or two of these things displayed in your home or even on your office desk. This place is also good for gifts and it's not just for tourists. We've purchased a few shirts here that were on the sales rack that are totally cool. If you have to guess, it's sports related from the local Bay Area teams that are not available elsewhere. So if you happen to be in Sausalito, this is one souvenir store that is worth a visit to purchase some cool stuff that you don't need.

Just one a the few items o haven't seen in any other shops in Cali.

Top of the line selection/ conditions on Pops! and other collectables, rare pieces as well. Mr. Ken was extremely helpful and has very competitive prices. Found a few gifts for my friends in Hollywood that I hadn't seen anywhere else on the West Coast. Very clean and organized, one of my best shopping experiences as a collector. Highly recommended to those looking for Starwars, Walking Dead, Marvel and Musician collectible.

I'd give this store * * * * * (five stars) based on the fact that you can't help but smile in amusement when you first enter and you'll be able to find all sorts of unique items inside. They have novelties and gifts galore, for almost every theme, so perfect for anyone with a quirky personality or pop culture type interest. It's also great for kids, as they have little plastic toy animals and figures for $2 or less at the front counter too. You can build your own theme gifts for people here based on having nearly something for everyone and microscopic niches for great creative gag gifts too. It's a unique type of place, every tourist area and boutique shopping neighborhood should have. I'd make this a definite "go to" place to return to visit as my "must have" destination when visiting Sausalito every time. Parking of course is typical of Sausalito, and there's paid lots all around

I usually don't review stores like this, but the Sausalito Ferry Co. is AWESOME! When i say 'Stores like this' i mean the stores that sell a bunch of knick-knacks at ridiculous prices. Junk toys that are cool to look at but you don't really need... Gift stores. Touristy stores. Gag stores, you know? But i swear to you, this is unlike any other knick-knack toy store I've ever been to! The prices are fair and they have things I've never even seen before! I mean they have EVERYTHING here! From every bobblehead of every cartoon character, to every action figure of Einstein! From every Star Wars toy to every animal anatomy science display! From every gift card to every rubber chicken! Every wind-up toy! Every Japanese eraser! lol This place even sells dental tooth picks! Look at my photos! I'm not lying! This place is really awesome, and i can SERIOUSLY see myself driving all the way from Alameda back to here just to pick a few funny gifts in the future! Great store.

Don't be fooled by the name, this is actually a really cool store. Slightly touristy? Maybe, but they have some fun and unique figures and displays. A good place to look for one of a kind gift.

I really liked this store for a number of reasons: 1) The endless amount of Paul Frank items that they carry.

Founded in 1948 by visionary ceramicist Edith Heath, the brand is an icon of California modern design. The items here are undeniably expensive, but the timeless design and constantly updating of color palettes make each piece feel special. In 2003, the company was revitalized by husband-and-wife product design and business team, who thoughtfully reinvented the brand. Heath is a great example of how with a good steward, classic design can be successfully revived and made modern. I find Heath to be a good spot for finding special design focused gifts.

I stopped by today, with my mom, to buy my sister some gifts for her wedding. I loved the new colors I saw - they had some yellow bowls and bulb vases that I was seriously tempted to buy, in addition to the other items. What I didn't love was the lack of customer service. I don't expect or want to be waited on hand and foot, but a simple acknowledgement would have been nice, rather than having multiple employees just watching us the entire time. I ended up purchasing from the seconds section and buying less than anticipated due to the overall vibe. I try to be understanding, and perhaps something was off for them today. Regardless, I was so uncomfortable in the store that I waited outside while our items were gift wrapped.
